Like water that flows, carries memories, and sustains life, a living legacy endures when it finds human hearts through which to continue its journey. Every story of transformation received, every teaching shared with integrity, and every person who chooses to become part of this community helps keep alive a current of transformation begun by Chloe Faith Wordsworth and sustained today by an international community committed to sharing Resonance Repatterning® with integrity.

As I write these lines, I find myself sitting by the window on a rainy afternoon, like so many we have during this season, watching the rain fall. Rain often carries a sense of longing and a gentle sweetness of nostalgia. As I sit here, countless treasured memories of my years with Resonance Repatterning® come to mind.

I remember my very first Resonance Repatterning® session as though it were yesterday. I arrived at that practitioner’s office with a broken heart. At the time, I didn’t realize I was repeating the same relationship patterns over and over again, unable to understand why every relationship seemed to end the same way. I left that session with red eyes and a runny nose from all the tears I had shed, yet with a smile on my face and hope filling my heart. Something shifted that day, and from then on I continued choosing Resonance Repatterning® to walk beside me through life’s greatest challenges.

There was never any hesitation. As soon as I learned that I could train in Resonance Repatterning®, I enrolled in every seminar—Basic and Advanced—one after another, because each one awakened an even greater desire to continue learning.

For those of us who are part of the Resonance Repatterning® community, speaking about legacy means speaking about Chloe Faith Wordsworth.

How could I ever forget the first time I received a Resonance Repatterning® session directly from Chloe? I remember her warmth, her gentle voice, her deep, compassionate gaze, and her serene presence. Simply being with her conveyed a profound sense of peace. The way she listened and accompanied others taught as much as the system she created.

Today, after so many years, I still find it remarkable that one person could develop something as complete, as profound, and as powerful as Resonance Repatterning®. Those who knew Chloe understand that behind every protocol were countless hours of study, research, refinement, and a genuine curiosity about human nature, along with a heartfelt desire to help people live with greater coherence.

Perhaps her greatest legacy is not found only in the books or teaching materials she left behind, but in the people she trained and mentored throughout the years. Every teacher who learned directly from Chloe received far more than technical knowledge. They received a way of seeing life, a way of accompanying others, and a deep commitment to preserving the integrity of the work. In turn, each of them has passed this forward to new generations of Practitioners and Instructors around the world.

To honor Chloe is also to honor every person whose life has been touched by Resonance Repatterning®, everyone who has shared it with integrity, and all those who have devoted their time to accompanying others on their own journeys of transformation.

A legacy remains alive when there is a community committed to caring for it. This is, in many ways, the mission of the Resonance Repatterning® International Institute: to safeguard the integrity of this work and ensure that it is faithfully passed on to future generations.

But that chain is not an abstract idea. I am part of it. I received these teachings from Chloe and from those who learned directly from her, and today it is my privilege and responsibility to care for them and pass them on with the same respect with which they were entrusted to me. The same is true for every Practitioner and every Instructor reading these words. I firmly believe that a legacy endures not only because of what is taught, but because of the people who embody it and share it. That is why community matters so deeply—it is what keeps this legacy alive.

Thank you for being part of this living legacy. Every person who learns, shares, and accompanies others through Resonance Repatterning® helps keep alive a story of transformation begun by Chloe Faith Wordsworth and sustained today by an international community committed to sharing this work with integrity.

Color Harmony in RR: Frequencies That Communicate

How to harmonize the colors you are drawn to with the energy of your practice, clothing, and therapeutic spaces.

Color is one of the oldest languages of human experience. Before becoming an aesthetic choice, it served as a signal of orientation, inner state, and connection with the environment.

Today, although often associated with design or personal preference, color continues to communicate on levels far deeper than we usually realize.

From the perspective of Resonance Repatterning®, color is not neutral. Each tone emits a frequency that interacts with our energetic field, influencing how we feel, how we express ourselves, and how we are perceived. Choosing colors for our practice, clothing, or spaces is therefore not merely a visual decision, but an energetic one.

Color harmony does not seek rigid rules or “correct” combinations. It seeks coherence.

It involves observing which colors attract you, how they support you, and when they best accompany your intention. A color can nourish, ground, expand, or contain, depending on context and inner state.

When the colors we use are aligned with our energy:

• Communication becomes clearer and more congruent.
• Presence feels more stable and trustworthy.
• Therapeutic spaces feel supported and coherent.

This is not about dressing or decorating according to theory but about listening to personal resonance. Everyone can experience the same color differently, and that diversity is part of the richness of energetic work.

July invites us to see color as a conscious ally. To explore how the tones around us influence our practice and our way of supporting others. To connect with the resonance existing between the color, our purpose and the experience of those who we accompany. To recognize that color also communicates boundaries, care, openness, and direction.

When color is chosen from coherence, it stops being an accessory and becomes energetic support. A silent extension of intention. And within that balance of perception, presence, and resonance, color becomes a language that holds and accompanies.

WATER

To Breathe. To Trust. To Go Home.

As you take that giant step into the ocean and descend into the blue, the endless ocean that resides within you reveals itself.

Let’s take a moment to imagine your connection with the sea. Just now, you are seating on the bench of a boat that is taking you to the most wonderful and beautiful place of crystalline, transparent waters where you can see the pristine white sand bottom.

You look toward the horizon, and your gaze stretches across the endless blue until it meets the sun. You can feel the ethereal presence of the water floating in the breeze that splashes your hair with little drops which are coming from the foam that the powerful motor of the ship leaves on the surface. In that moment, you realize how long it has been since the last time you allowed yourself simply to feel. To listen. To notice the gentle, persistent patter of the tiny droplets, which with no definite purpose, have opened the door to a deep level of listening. In a moment, everything becomes quiet, silent. Time stands still. At the same time your mind comes clearer, your senses sharpen, and with a serene calm that you have not felt for a long time, you acknowledge that you are about to begin the most meaningful journey of all: the journey toward your own essence.

The ship stops. You look outside and then, beyond your reflection shimmering on the water, you see this beautiful world of blue and crystal inviting you to go deep and reach that promised white sand bottom. You feel the joy inside your heart touching all the corners of your being. Filled with trust, you take a breath and prepare yourself to take that step and connect with your essence

Feeling the contact with water, your body adjusts to the temperature, and when you are ready, you begin descending. The descent itself brings you slowly, bit by bit, smoothly, to the deep listening of silence. You can feel the inherent calm of being contained in the immense blue. Beams of sunlight pave the way. Transparency and trust take you to connect with your most inner essence – that which is always there but is never seen – sheltered by the yin energy of water. Through deep and attentive listening, you start to find your own pace, that which was already there but you had not discovered yet. You look around and realize that you can see beyond the blue. You see further than the evident. The transparency of Gui water offers you the gift of seeing beyond what is visible. Gui does not hold any secrets. It is totally crystal and is always changing as underwater temperatures and currents. Gui feels what you feel. Gui knows what lives beneath the surface. Gui is formless. However, you can feel its overwhelming presence. It just flows. It just is.

 It can be that sometimes Gui turns uncontrollable and unpredictable. That happens when it quits listening and consequently loses its purpose and compass. However, Gui water always comes back, thanks to its perseverance and resilience.

Your underwater journey continues. You finally reach the bottom. You start your planned route as you move your fins. You can feel the yang current flowing through you. Ren can shift the existing energy in the blink of an eye. It has the power of commanding landscapes, of shaping cultures wherever it goes. You watch your surroundings and see life. Life pulsing in the fish, moving in perpetual dynamic motion, in the turtle roaming all over the reef and disappearing in a jiffy when she finds she is not alone. Life being taken to unimaginable places in the circulating currents. Underwater life bursts from yang water energy. Your movement, your flow, your resilient and always changing adaptation to the rhythm of the currents, sliding freely to anywhere you decide to, using your resources to discover unknown hidden paths where everybody else sees walls, is your essence expressing Ren – the yang water.

 Even though Ren is always ready to adapt and innovate in change from taking its own pace without a particular schedule, sometimes a sense of urgency overflows which leads Ren to lose its purpose, interrupting its decisive flow. Ren then stops listening and gathering information – two of its main virtues – it becomes stuck and stops bringing life. It reflects no more.  

Time has come to get to the surface. The air bubbles outlining an ascending column of water mark the way to fulfill your destiny: the surface. You emerge. Something has changed. You are no longer the person who began this journey. Something has changed in your deepest core. You have discovered your most hidden pearls inside you because you embraced yourself and listened deeply. Now you see the world in a different light. You are ready to come home.

It has been a true honor to have the energy of the five elements guiding us as we learned to understand their energy which revealed itself in unexpected ways. In the next installment, after this initiation journey through the energy of the five elements, we will begin to explore the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine from a different perspective.
