Course Prospectus ~ Five Elements & Meridian Patterns

The final seminar in the basic series, 5 Element and Meridians explores acupuncture points, the key meridians, the Sheng Ko Cycle and how we change our energy for our own health and wellbeing

Course Description

The seven Repatterning Processes in Transforming Five Element and Meridian Patterns help us restore balance, so we resonate with the strengths of our five Elements and the qualities associated with our twelve Meridians. The information and Energizing Options in this programme provide an excellent way for non-acupuncturists to work without needles.

Overview

Transforming Five Element and Meridian Patterns introduces us to the ancient system of Acupuncture, which is based on the deep wisdom of the Five Elements of Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth. The Acupuncture five Elements provide a map for understanding how everything is associated with one or more of the Elements. For example, the Water Element with the season of winter, coldness, fear, panic, issues with power and feeling powerless, having an abundance of energy, or feeling tired and exhausted. Imbalances in our five Elements are automatically reflected in relationship problems. For instance, a Fire Element imbalance may manifest as sexual issues or closing the heart to love and affection; an Earth Element imbalance with being excessively needy or not taking care of our own needs or the needs of others or feeling destabilized because life or relationship is too unpredictable; a Metal Element imbalance with being disrespectful or demeaning and feeling inadequate; a Water Element imbalance with wanting to control people and having power issues; the Wood Element with anger. Imbalances in our Elements also show up as health issues and emotional reactiveness — excess anger, lack of joy, and fear, for example — and in negative mental states. The result? Our capacity to resonate with confidence, an abundance of energy, wisdom, making the right decisions and a sense of joy is compromised.

Although Resonance Repatterning® does not guarantee healing of specific symptoms, as resonance with non-coherent patterns transforms, the body-mind frequencies become synchronized. This inevitably results in positive change—whether on the physical level, emotional responses, mental attitudes and beliefs, or how life is experienced.
