Greetings to all, kind readers!

We feel very grateful and happy for the beautiful comments we received last month from you regarding this section of the Newsletter. Without any doubt, you are our engine and we would love that more and more people are touched by the science, philosophy and art of Resonance Repatterning®. Therefore, we invite you to share this newsletter with family and friends so that we get closer and closer each time to achieve the critical mass of people who live from coherence, in wellness, and in control of their own lives. Can you imagine how humanity would be if we lived in that state of coherence 90% of the time?

To be honest, the reality is that 90% of the time, 90% of humanity, lives in non-coherence. So, on this occasion, I would like to invite you to reflect on the negative feelings that we learn, sometimes from the womb, that become a huge snowball as we grow up and we have challenging experiences that stimulate these feelings, tattooing themselves in the unconscious with indelible ink and activating the same neural pathways of stress, which, when we are adults take their toll on us in the form of disease, toxic relationships, financial shortcomings, and so many different manifestations.
It is important to tell you that I have taken what I will present to you from Brian Tracy: consultant, coach, internationally recognized lecturer, and a specialist in human resources development. Tracy states that negative feelings are like a tree. At this point, I encourage you, kind readers, to use your imagination.

Let’s start with what is most visible. The treetop is where the fruits are found. These fruits are more than 52 negative feelings that refer to the internal interpretation we make of the situations we live as challenging experiences. Among these most powerful feelings are hatred, envy, resentment, doubt (the worst is self-doubt), shame, fear and anger.
Let us now turn to what is not visible to the naked eye: the roots. Let us think of these roots as non-coherent patterns that limit us and manifest themselves in these fruits. In this sense, on the one hand, there is justification, understood as all the reasons why we have those feelings. On the other hand, taking everything personally, that is, believing that everything has to do with oneself, and that everything is because of oneself, does not allow us to get rid of negative feelings.

Finally, let’s turn our attention to the trunk of this tree. Brian Tracy mentions that guilt is the sage of all negative feelings. This sage flows through the trunk, carrying the nutrients of justification and taking everything personally to the treetop, making the negative feelings grow, keeping us stuck in the experiences of the past, repeating over and over again situations that fertilize the roots of this tree.
Having this scheme of the tree of negative feelings in mind, Tracy proposes to cut the trunk to eliminate the guilt so that the fruits can no longer feed on it. At this point, I am sure that if Brian Tracy knew Resonance Repatterning®, his proposal would be to remove the roots and cut them as well as the trunk so that there is no way for the negative feelings to continue to obtain nutrients and therefore continue to grow, with all the consequences that they bring to our lives.

Without a doubt, the Resonance Repatterning protocols offer a gentle and effective way to eliminate the actions of justifying ourselves, taking it all personally, and takes out the guilt, all of which prevent us from developing our potential. The invitation is here for all of us, as Resonance Repatterning® practitioners and teachers, to eliminate the tree of negative feelings and in its place, cultivate firstly, the tree of positive feelings in ourselves, with such quality, ethics and integrity that we become a reference and contribution to our consultants and students who will carry the voice that Resonance Repatterning® transformed their lives to live them in wellness and fulfillment.

The Resonance Repatterning® International Institute Membership Mission

CONTINUING EDUCATION AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP

To all our members we remind you that, as the letter attached to your facilitator license states, to keep your license you are required to complete 32 hours of continuing professional development per year.

How can you meet these 32 hours of annual continuing professional development?

• By taking Resonance Repatterning seminars with a licensed teacher (21 hours per seminar).
• Taking the Home Study & Self-paced courses (hours are counted according to the length of each course).
• Taking the observer training offered by the Certification Committee (5 hours).
• Taking the mentor training offered by the Mentoring Committee (5 hours).
• And attending the live Masterclasses and Coaching Calls that we conduct each month (1 hour per event).

It is important to mention that some events such as Certification and Mentor/Mentee Weekly Sessions, or to watch the recorded versions of the weekly events do not count as professional development hours.

As mentioned in our previous Marketing Inspiration article, building a beautiful website does not mean you will have traffic to your website. In order to improve your rankings on the search engine results pages, it is imperative to optimize your websites for the search engine algorithms i.e. Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Choosing the right keywords is crucial for optimizing your website for search engine optimization (SEO). Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you choose the right keywords:
Know your audience: As always, we start off with knowing who our target audience is, in as much detail as possible. By understanding your target audience, you can get a sense of their search behavior online. Consider their demographics, interests, and preferences. Put yourself in their shoes and think about the terms they would use to search for products or services similar to yours.

Brainstorm relevant terms: Make a list of relevant keywords and phrases related to your business, products, or services. Include general terms as well as specific long-tail keywords. Long-tail keywords are longer and more specific phrases that typically have lower search volumes but higher conversion rates.

Research keyword popularity: Use keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, Moz Keyword Explorer, SEMrush, or one of the many options available to analyze the popularity and search volumes of your chosen keywords. These tools provide insights into the average monthly search volume, competition, and related keywords.

Consider user intent: Take into account the intent behind each keyword. Determine whether users are looking for information, products, services, or making transactional queries. Align your keyword choices with the intent of your target audience to ensure your content matches their expectations.

Focus on relevancy and specificity: This is possibly the most important consideration. Ensure that you focus on keywords and content that are relevant to your target audience and what you are offering. Do not fall into the trap of using keywords merely to drive traffic, which is a strategy commonly used in the past. Prioritize keywords that are highly relevant to your content and business. Avoid generic terms that have high competition and are less likely to attract qualified traffic. Instead, opt for more specific keywords that align with your unique value proposition.

Long-tail keywords: Don’t underestimate the power of long-tail keywords. While they may have lower search volumes, they often attract more qualified and targeted traffic. Long-tail keywords also help you cater to specific niches and capture users who are further along in the buying process.

Track and refine: Once you’ve selected your keywords, track their performance using SEO analytics tools. Monitor your website’s ranking for those keywords, and make adjustments as needed. Continuously refine and update your keyword strategy based on the insights you gather over time.

Remember, effective keyword optimization involves striking a balance between search volume, competition, and relevancy. By conducting thorough research and staying up to date with the latest trends, you can choose the right keywords that will enhance your website’s visibility and drive organic traffic.

Chakra Focus – Ether Chakra

The throat chakra is all about communication, both verbal and our body language. When healthy it is bright blue, like a clear sky. We can imagine breathing in and out through this chakra and this brings us a sense of calm and inner spaciousness. It is connected to the element of ether. The voice is our most important empowerment tool, because it is the bearer of our truth, and when we express our truth, we feel free, safe and fulfilled.

The throat chakra has to do with grief and sadness, also appreciation. Sometimes we cry without knowing why, at the sheer beauty of life. These tears cleanse us and prepare our inner ground as we mourn endings and the naturally emerging fresh new beginnings. Any of the Spiral Up! breathing tools support this chakra, as do gazing at the sky while feeling our feet firmly planted on the earth. The sound options can also strengthen us and our courage to listen to the truth our bodies are telling us, through our felt sense, and to gently sound our voices, through delightfully simple actions like humming, toning, the haa sound for heart connection, listening and responding to the sounds of nature. Our busy minds can often overcomplicate what we need to feel better in each moment. Simply noticing that we’re alive and breathing, while giving ourselves a warm hug can help us feel safe enough to be real and honest about what is true for us and to be respectful of others’ perceptions, however different they may be to ours. When we listen compassionately to ourselves and others the magic of coherent communication can arise, which brings a deeper sense of the reality of our interconnection.

RESONANCE REPATTERNING® – Examinar los sentimientos negativos

¡Un saludo a todos, amables lectores!

Nos sentimos muy agradecidas y felices por los bellos comentarios que recibimos el mes pasado por parte de ustedes con respecto a esta sección del Boletín. Sin duda, ustedes son nuestro motor y nos encantaría que cada vez fueran más y más personas que son tocadas por la ciencia, la filosofía y el arte de Resonance Repatterning; así que los invitamos a compartir este blog con familiares y amistades para que cada vez estemos más cerca de lograr la masa crítica de personas que viven desde la coherencia, en bienestar y control de su propia vida ¿Se imaginan ustedes cómo sería la humanidad si habitáramos en ese estado de coherencia el 90% del tiempo.?

Siendo sinceros, la realidad es que el 90% del tiempo, el 90% de la humanidad, vive en la no coherencia, y en esta ocasión me gustaría invitarles a reflexionar sobre los sentimientos negativos que aprendemos, a veces desde el vientre materno, y que se convierten en una inmensa bola de nieve conforme crecemos y tenemos experiencias desafiantes que estimulan dichos sentimientos, tatuándose en el inconsciente con tinta indeleble y activando los mismos senderos neuronales de estrés, que cuando somos adultos nos cobra facturas en forma de enfermedades, relaciones tóxicas, carencia financiera, y muchas otras manifestaciones.

Es importante comentarles, que lo que les presentaré lo tomé de Brian Tracy, consultor, coach y conferenciante reconocido internacionalmente, especialista en desarrollo de recursos humanos. Tracy plantea que los sentimientos negativos son como un árbol; y en este punto, les animo amables lectores, a utilizar su imaginación.
Comencemos por lo que es más visible. La copa es en donde se encuentran los frutos, que son más de 52 sentimientos negativos que hacen referencia a la interpretación interna que hacemos de las situaciones que vivimos como experiencias desafiantes. Entre los sentimientos más poderosos están el odio, la envidia, el resentimiento, la duda (la peor es la duda en sí mismo), la vergüenza, el temor y la rabia.

Vayamos ahora a lo que no se ve a simple vista: las raíces. Pensemos en esas raíces como patrones no coherentes que nos limitan y se manifiestan en esos frutos. En este sentido, por un lado, está la justificación, entendida como todas las razones por las cuales tenemos esos sentimientos. Por otro lado, tomarse todo personal, es decir, creer que todo tiene que ver consigo mismo, y que todo es a causa de uno mismo, no nos permite despojarnos de los sentimientos negativos.

Finalmente pongamos atención en el tronco de este árbol. Brian Tracy menciona que la culpa es la salvia de los sentimientos negativos y que ésta fluye a través del tronco, llevando los nutrientes de la justificación y el tomarse todo personal a la copa del árbol, haciendo que los sentimientos negativos crezcan, manteniéndonos atorados en las experiencias del pasado, repitiendo una y otra vez situaciones que abonan y fertilizan las raíces de este árbol.

Teniendo este esquema mental del árbol de los sentimientos negativos, Tracy propone cortar el tronco, es decir eliminar la culpa para que los frutos no se puedan alimentar más de ella. En este punto estoy segura, que si Brian Tracy conociera Resonance Repatterning, su propuesta sería sacar las raíces y cortarlas al igual que el tronco para que no haya manera de que los sentimientos negativos sigan obteniendo nutrientes y por lo tanto sigan creciendo, con todas las consecuencias que éstos traen a nuestras vidas.

Sin lugar a duda, los protocolos de Resonance Repatterning ofrecen una manera amable y efectiva de eliminar la justificación, el tomarse todo personal y la culpa, que impiden que desarrollemos nuestro potencial. Aquí la invitación para todos nosotros, como facilitadores y maestras del método Resonance Repatterning®, es eliminar el árbol de los sentimientos negativos y en su lugar, cultivar primero, el árbol de los sentimientos positivos y con tal calidad, ética e integridad que seamos un referente y una contribución para nuestros consultantes y alumnos quienes llevarán la voz de que Resonance Repatterning® transformó sus vidas para vivirlas en bienestar y plenitud.

Para mejorar su clasificación en las páginas de resultados de los motores de búsqueda, es imprescindible optimizar sus sitios web para los algoritmos de los motores de búsqueda, es decir, la optimización para motores de búsqueda (SEO).
Elegir las palabras clave adecuadas es crucial para optimizar su sitio web para la optimización de motores de búsqueda (SEO). He aquí una guía paso a paso que le ayudará a elegir las palabras clave adecuadas:
Conozca a su público: Como siempre, empecemos por saber quién es nuestro público objetivo, con el mayor detalle posible.
