It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you again in our newsletter which we named “The Art of Living in Coherence”.
Let’s remember that Resonance Repatterning is the method created by Chloe F. Wordsworth to create coherence, that quality of synchronicity of vibration in the frequencies of our thoughts, words, emotions, and actions, which gives us a sense of general well-being, or the ability to assume situations that challenge us from our personal power with confidence, courage, and determination.

The purpose of this newsletter is to be a means of spreading the news of RR® (affectionate and simple way to refer to Resonance Repatterning®) and everything related to it. The sections and articles are designed so that consultants, students, practitioners, and teachers, as well as new readers and all of us who work at the International Resonance Repatterning Institute, have a meeting space to access, reinforce or expand our knowledge about this method and about our own life.
Therefore, we take this opportunity to invite you and thank you to consider sharing this newsletter with your family and friends, so that we touch the minds and hearts of billions of people who want to transform their lives to live them from a perspective of possibilities, awareness, trust, appreciation and gratitude for their choices and circumstances.
Now, as we committed in last month’s installment, we will continue to explore and deepen the elements that Resonance Repatterning® proposes to manifest the reality we want to inhabit.
In general, human beings wish to manifest a reality of happiness, but if for every one of us happiness is something quite different, which individual quality is then the star that guides us towards happiness? What would you think, kind reader, if we told you that this quality has to do with being responsible for the choices we make, and that these choices lead us to have that sense of coherent control of oneself and to be free to express our true essence in the most joyful way we want?
That’s right. Responsibility and being responsible mean to have total confidence in our point of choice every moment of the day, in every situation which we find ourselves in.
Let’s reflect a little. A responsible person is totally and absolutely confident that he/she has the option to choose either to ride the upward spiral of coherence, where he/she experiences relaxation, self-worth, vitality, inner peace and freedom, or to ride the downward spiral of non-coherence, where he/she feels tension, anger, fear and a great need to blame and judge, either himself/herself or others, generating resentment, hatred, envy, and a lot of negative feelings that make life feel out of control.
From this perspective, irresponsibility, or being irresponsible, has to do with blaming and judging others for what we do not want to handle. These actions sink us into the mire of fear, anger, sadness, depression, anxiety, and violence. It must be said that these emotions that go with irresponsibility lead us to create patterns of thoughts, words, feelings, and actions so strong and unconscious that sometimes we need to have an extreme experience that shakes us up and makes us see the light through that mire.
Undoubtedly, we consider Resonance Repatterning® to be that light that helps us, gently and at the same time firmly, to transform those patterns, that lock us in the prison of non-coherence, into coherent mental and emotional attitudes that allow us to recognize and perform the actions that make us feel peace and joy inside, and therefore, to manifest and inhabit the life we want in and with happiness.
From now on, ask yourselves from where do you want to create your life. From where do you choose to manifest your dreams?

CONTINUING EDUCATION AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP
To all our members we remind you that, as the letter attached to your facilitator license states, to keep your license you are required to complete 32 hours of continuing professional development per year.
How can you meet these 32 hours of annual continuing professional development?
- By taking Resonance Repatterning seminars with a licensed teacher (21 hours per seminar).
- Taking the Home Study & Self-paced courses (hours are counted according to the length of each course).
- Taking the observer training offered by the Certification Committee (3 hours).
- Taking the mentor training offered by the Mentoring Committee (3 hours).
- And attending the live Masterclasses and Coaching Calls that we conduct each month (1 hour per event).
It is important to mention that some events such as Certification and Mentor/Mentee Weekly Sessions, or to watch the recorded versions of the weekly events do not count as professional development hours.
At the Resonance Repatterning International Institute we want to offer you more options for Continuing Education. Mentorship training runs bi-annually in English and Spanish, in May and November. In 2023 the training will take place on May 6th and November 4th from 10AM to 1PM CST. Training is free to all members at Practitioner level or above.

To join the Mentorship Committee as a Mentor, and have the potential to earn 150 Barter Bucks per month, please email your CV and a short video explaining why you wish to serve our community as a Mentor and what you bring to the program to support@resonancerepatterning.com. The video and CV should be submitted no later than a week before the training.

About Nuria Becerril
My first approach to Resonance Repatterning began in 2002 as a client. Receiving RRsessions and the support from my practitioner, who accompanied me with all her heart transformed my life perspective and attitude towards the positive and allowed me to make a deep personal healing work focused on achieving balance and coherence, which I still do. Appreciating this quantum change in me, opened me the possibility to learn this method as a practitioner. I prepared myself on this method with the objective to support and accompany my clients in their path of transformation of their life perspective and attitude towards the positive with a focus on coherence and on finding balance in the physical, mental, emotional levels from their essence. As a Certified Advanced RR practitioner, I give support through RR sessions to children and adults, pair sessions, group sessions, and pets, in person and online.

About this Coaching Call
We live in an era (post pandemic) in which separation and fear of the other, of the link has been normalized; in a society where the energy of the woman has had to stand out from her masculine polarity to get ahead leaving aside her essence or feminine polarity, sometimes nullifying the masculine itself; while the masculine has been stigmatized for connecting with his feminine polarity and has not been allowed to express his vulnerability.
Both energies historically opposed by society cohabit in each one of us, and the recognition of both, as well as their integration, are fundamental for the encounter with the other, and with our consultants.
About Atenea Domínguez
Atenea Domínguez Cuevas is an anthropologist by training, teacher and facilitator of RR with more than 10 years of experience; counselor in bonding, hug therapy, and family constellations, among other healing systems. Guide of Carpa Roja and women’s circle; and co-facilitator of the self-facilitator training for counselors in bonding therapy in Mexico. She has given workshops in different parts of Mexico, Japan and the USA.

The Mentor program

By choosing to be an RRII Mentor and becoming part of the Mentor Program, you are actively supporting and contributing to the growth of each mentee and the Resonance Repatterning® community as a whole.

The video and resume should be submitted no later than one month prior to the training. You will be contacted for an interview and, if you are invited to participate, you will receive a service level agreement and a non-disclosure agreement to sign prior to the training.

Chakra Focus – Air Chakra: Heart
Like our bodies, our hearts know the deepest truth. We can sometimes get lost trying to think ourselves out of what we’re really feeling, rather than bringing our attention into our felt sense, our interoception – the way our body feels – and trusting what we encounter. Gobbledegook can be a quick way to interrupt negative thought loops, along with the pause for centering, katsugen and free movement.
Most of our wounds are relational, which is why the energy constriction release is such a precious and effective tool, when we’re supported with emotions that felt too big to handle when we were younger. When our bodies move, our hearts align with beat of the drum and the heartbeat of the earth. We can rest our minds into the natural ebb and flow of the in and out breath. Having a balanced flow with all our feelings, with a responsible adult self on board is a way we integrate our child selves, reclaiming our natural exuberance. This is full spectrum living. Our hearts receive far more information that our minds can integrate. The more we know our own hearts, the more we can truly empathise with others and respond compassionately to whatever arises in the relational field.
Yes, there are parts of us who do not want to feel, defending us from feeling the heartbreak of life. When we stop even for a moment, when we meditate, dance, when we take a walk in the hills, we can sense that there’s a vast stillness that we long for. Fear is a gateway to awareness. Anger connects us to our integrity. Grief is a call to surrender. Joy opens us to gratitude. We liberate our hearts with the grace of our wholeness.

Nos da mucho gusto recibirlos de nuevo en nuestro boletín el cual titulamos “El arte de vivir en coherencia”.
Recordemos que Resonance Repatterning es el método creado por Chloe F. Wordsworth para crear coherencia, esa cualidad de sincronía de la vibración en las frecuencias de nuestros pensamientos, palabras, emociones y acciones, que nos brinda una sensación de bienestar general, o la capacidad de asumir situaciones que nos desafían desde nuestro poder personal con confianza, valentía y determinación.

Este boletín tiene como propósito ser un medio de difusión de RR® (modo cariñoso y simple para referirnos a Resonance Repatterning®) y de todo aquello relacionado con éste. Las secciones y los artículos están pensados para que tanto consultantes, estudiantes, facilitadores y maestras, así como nuevos lectores y todos los que laboramos en el Instituto Internacional Resonance Repatterning tengamos un espacio de encuentro para acceder, reforzar o ampliar nuestro conocimiento sobre este método y sobre nuestra propia vida.
En este sentido, aprovechamos para invitarles y agradecerles a que consideren compartir este boletín con sus familiares y amistades, de tal manera que toquemos la mente y los corazones de miles de millones de personas que quieran transformar su vida para vivirla desde una perspectiva de posibilidades, de consciencia, de confianza, aprecio y agradecimiento por sus elecciones y circunstancias.
Ahora, como nos comprometimos en la entrega del mes pasado, seguiremos recorriendo y profundizando en los elementos que nos propone Resonance Repatterning® para manifestar la realidad que queremos habitar.
En general los seres humanos deseamos manifestar una realidad de felicidad, pero si para cada uno de nosotros la felicidad es algo muy distinto, entonces ¿qué cualidad individual es la estrella que nos orienta hacia la felicidad? ¿Qué pensaría usted, amable lector, si le dijéramos que esa cualidad tiene que ver con ser responsable de las elecciones que tomamos, las cuales nos llevan a tener una sensación de control coherente de uno mismo y de ser libres para expresar nuestra verdadera esencia de la manera más gozosa que queramos?
Así es, la responsabilidad y ser responsable, es tener total confianza en nuestro punto de elección a cada momento del día, ante cada situación en la que nos encontremos.
Reflexionemos un poco. Una persona responsable, confía total y absolutamente en que tiene la opción de elegir subirse en la espiral ascendente de la coherencia, donde experimenta relajación, auto valía, vitalidad, paz interior y libertad, o de montarse en la espiral descendente de la no coherencia, en donde siente tensión, enojo, miedo y una gran necesidad de echar culpas y juzgar, ya sea a sí mismo o a otros, generando resentimiento, odio, envidia, y una gran cantidad de sentimientos negativos que hacen que la vida se perciba fuera de control.
Bajo esta perspectiva, la irresponsabilidad, o ser irresponsable, tiene que ver con culpar y enjuiciar a otros por lo que no nos queremos hacer responsables. Estas acciones nos hunden entonces en el fango del miedo, el enojo, la tristeza, la depresión, la ansiedad y la violencia. Cabe decir que estas emociones que acompañan a la irresponsabilidad nos llevan a crear patrones de pensamientos, palabras, sentimientos y acciones tan fuertes e inconscientes que, a veces, requerimos tener una experiencia extrema que nos sacuda y nos haga ver la luz a través del fango.
Sin lugar a dudas, consideramos que Resonance Repatterning® es esa luz que nos ayuda, con suavidad y a la vez con firmeza, a transformar esos patrones, que nos encierran en la cárcel de la no coherencia, en actitudes mentales y emocionales coherentes que nos permiten reconocer y realizar las acciones que nos hacen sentir paz y gozo en nuestro interior, y, por lo tanto, a manifestar y habitar la vida que queremos en y con felicidad.
De ahora en adelante, ¿desde dónde quiere usted crear su vida? ¿desde dónde elige manifestar sus sueños?

Proporcionamos regularmente a nuestra comunidad eventos y herramientas que les ayude a enriquecerse, nutrirse y expandirse a sí mismos, a sus negocios y a sus clientes, al tiempo que proporcionamos una plataforma para que nuestros facilitadores profesionales y profesores lleven y celebren su valioso trabajo a un público más amplio.
¡Nuestra plataforma está repleta de eventos y herramientas que te ayudarán a elevarte y transformarte! Dependiendo de tu afiliación, tienes acceso gratuito a todos los eventos, o hay que pagar una cuota nominal para ello. Y si no eres miembro, también puedes unirte a cualquiera de nuestros eventos pagando por el acceso.
EDUCACIÓN CONTINUA Y TU MEMBRESÍA
A todos nuestros miembros les recordamos que, tal como comenta la carta adjunta a tu licencia de facilitador, para conservar tu licencia requieres completar 32 horas de desarrollo profesional continuo al año.
¿Cómo puedes reunir estas 32 horas anuales de desarrollo profesional continuo?
- Tomando los seminarios de Resonance Repatterning con una maestra autorizada (21 horas por seminario).
- Tomando los cursos de la sección Home Study & Self-paced (las horas se cuentan de acuerdo a la duración de cada curso).
- Tomando la capacitación de observador que ofrece el Comitéde Certificación (3 horas).
- Tomando la capacitación de mentor que ofrece el Comité de Mentoría (3 horas).
- Y asistiendo a las Masterclasses y Coaching Calls en vivo que realizamos cada mes. (1 hora por evento).
Es importante mencionar que algunos eventos tales como las sesiones semanales de Certificación y de Mentoría, o el observar las versiones grabadas de los eventos semanales arriba mencionados no cuentan como horas de desarrollo profesional.

El Programa de Mentores tiene el propósito de apoyar, asesorar, inspirar y guiar a los estudiantes y profesionales a lo largo de su camino profesional, optimizando su potencial de éxito al dominar sus metas profesionales más altas, mejores y deseadas en Resonance Repatterning®.
Por qué:
Al elegir ser un Mentor de RRII y ser parte del Programa de Mentores, estás apoyando y contribuyendo activamente al crecimiento de cada estudiante del programa (Mentee), así como al tuyo propio y al de la comunidad de Resonance Repatterning®.
Cuándo:
La formación de mentores se lleva a cabo dos veces al año en inglés y español, en mayo y noviembre. En 2023, la formación se llevará a cabo el 6 de mayo y el 4 de noviembre de 10AM a 1PM CST. EST. La formación es gratuita para todos los miembros al nivel de Facilitador o superior.

Mi contacto con Resonance Repatterning comenzó en 2002 como cliente. Acerca de esta Coaching Call
Vivimos una época (post pandemia) en la que se ha normalizado la separación y el miedo al otro, al vínculo; en una sociedad donde la energía de la mujer ha tenido que destacar desde su polaridad masculina para salir adelante dejando de lado su esencia o polaridad femenina, llegando en ocasiones a nulificar al propio masculino; mientras que al masculino se le ha estigmatizado por conectar con su polaridad femenina y no se le ha permitido expresar su vulnerabilidad.
Ambas energías contrapuestas históricamente por la sociedad cohabitan en cada uno(a) de nosotros(as), y el reconocimiento de ambas, así como su integración, son fundamentales para el encuentro con el otro, y con nuestros consultantes.
En esta sesión reconoceremos qué tanto estamos conectados(as) a cada una de ellas, y cómo podemos utilizarlas en beneficio de nuestro desarrollo personal y de nuestra propia práctica profesional.
Acerca de Atenea Domínguez
Atenea Domínguez Cuevas es antropóloga de formación, maestra y facilitadora de RR con más de 10 años de experiencia; orientadora en vinculación, terapia de abrazo, y constelaciones familiares, entre otros sistemas de sanación. Guía de Carpa Roja y círculo de mujeres; y cofacilitadora del entrenamiento autoformativo para orientadores en terapia de vinculación en México. Ha impartido talleres en diversas partes de México, Japón y Estados Unidos.

Estrategias SEO para sitios web – Google Console
Tener un sitio web es un gran activo digital para ayudar a las personas que buscan sus servicios a encontrar su negocio. Pero, con más de mil millones de sitios web en Internet, es importante tener una estrategia para que su sitio web tenga una buena posición en los resultados del motor de búsqueda de Google.
Google Search Console es una herramienta gratuita ofrecida por Google que ayuda a los propietarios de sitios web a supervisar y mejorar el rendimiento de su sitio web en los resultados de búsqueda de Google. A continuación se indican algunos pasos para utilizar Google Search Console con el fin de mejorar la clasificación de búsqueda de su sitio web:
- Compruebe su sitio web: En primer lugar, debe verificar su sitio web en Google Search Console. Para ello, vaya a la página principal de Google Search Console y siga las instrucciones para verificar su sitio web.

De la misma manera que nuestros cuerpos, nuestros corazones saben la verdad más profunda. Algunas veces podemos perdernos tratando de escapar con el pensamiento de lo que realmente sentimos, en lugar de llevar nuestra atención a nuestro sentido del sentir, a nuestra percepción interna de cómo nuestro cuerpo se siente, y de confiar en lo que encontremos. El balbucear palabras sin sentido puede ser una rápida manera de interrumpir ciclos de pensamientos negativos haciendo al mismo tiempo cualquier de las opciones energetizantes de entre una pausa para centrarse, katsugen o el movimiento libre.
La mayor parte de nuestras heridas viene de nuestras relaciones. Por esta razón la liberación de energía constricta es una herramientas tan valiosa y efectiva cuando nos apoyamos en emociones que nos parecían demasiado grandes de manejar cuando éramos más jóvenes. Cuando nuestros cuerpos se mueven, nuestros corazones se alinean con el ritmo del tambor y el latido de la tierra. Podemos descansar nuestra mente en el flujo y reflujo natural de la respiración. Tener un flujo equilibrado con todos nuestros sentimientos, con un yo adulto responsable a bordo, es una forma de integrar a nuestro yo niño, recuperando nuestra exuberancia natural. Esto es vivir con todo el espectro. Nuestro corazón recibe mucha más información de la que nuestra mente puede integrar. Cuanto más conozcamos nuestro corazón, más podremos empatizar con los demás y responder con compasión a cualquier cosa surja en el área de nuestras relaciones.
Sí, hay partes de nosotros que no quieren sentir, que nos defienden de sentir la aplastante aflicción y la angustia de la vida. Cuando nos detenemos, aunque sólo sea un momento, cuando meditamos, bailamos, cuando damos un paseo por las colinas, podemos sentir que ahí existe una inmensa quietud que anhelamos. El miedo es una puerta a la conciencia. La ira nos conecta con nuestra integridad. El dolor es una llamada a la entrega. La alegría nos abre a la gratitud. Liberamos nuestros corazones con la gracia de nuestra plenitud, de sentirnos completos.
