We hope you managed to stay orientated to what nourishes you and brings wellbeing during this past month. We really do have this power when we allow grace into our lives. This month’s newsletter focuses on our newly emerging teacher who bravely stepped up and took the training. She is an inspiration and has offered some words about her experience of her learning.
“I didn’t think that I was ready. I wanted to learn and I was grateful that Suzanne offered the class. It was phenomenally transformative for me. It was intense and amazing training. I really feel like I’m prepared to teach anything and certainly Resonance Repatterning®. The process Suzanne used helped me go deeper into my own healing journey and also how to relate to people from a teaching perspective. It was wonderful that it happened at the same time as I was designing the mentorship programme, as it really provided me with a deeper understanding of different roles: The role of the teacher, the role of the coach and the role of the mentor. I understand the role of the teacher as someone who can provide the framework, the structure for the knowledge and explain information, make connections for the student and can also have a portion of coaching where you help the learner come up with an action plan, which is the main role of the coach. The mentor is more of a guide; someone who comes and supports the learner and obviously good teachers have that portion as well. Due to the power dynamic between teachers and learners this portion doesn’t always come through, so in a fortuitous way, this helped me come into the teacher role more easily and in a more holistic way. I would recommend this training to anyone who is seriously interested in becoming a teacher. It is very effective training and I’m grateful to Suzanne for designing it the way that she has and I’m glad that I had the courage to take it on. Life is speaking to us all the time and giving us the answers to the questions we’re asking, guiding us every step of the way. When we can get calm, present in our bodies and slowed down enough to really listen, we can hear these treasures. The questions life, as teacher, can be asking us, are what matters most, is this what you REALLY want and how good could this get? Even when we’re holding a client or students, we can relax into knowing we’re all being held by source. This awareness can give us the confidence we need to be totally honest about who we really are. It can be a delicate balancing act when we come together in groups. Sometimes we can feel a conflict between fitting in with the group and being true to ourselves. Ideally, we can all practise radical love and radical inclusivity, allowing all of ourselves to show up, shadow and light, knowing we all have these aspects. Each one of us still has some non-coherent patterns to transform, however sorted we may seem on social media. Until we’re all living in bliss and everyone has their basic needs met, we have work to do! Everyone and everything we meet is our teacher, of what’s real and true in the moment, if we’re willing to listen. We are all students and teachers at the same time. As Andreea mentions, clarity of roles and power dynamics need to be super clear to avoid unnecessary conflicts and misunderstandings. About Sophia
With a degree in Zoology and a Masters in Climate Science, Sophia, who grew up in Greece, was introduced to Resonance Repatterning® after becoming a parent while living in Michigan, USA. In 2011, she moved to Brazil with her family where she decided to deepen her understanding of holistic health and take training in RR. On completing her training, she used the process primarily on herself and her family until she felt called to do more. She became an RPA Certified Repatterning Practitioner in 2018 and joined the RPA Executive Committee in 2019, serving as Vice-President for a year before becoming President in 2020. She has also trained in Scalar Heart Connection®, is currently completing her training as an RR teacher, heads the Certification Committee at RRII, and is in the process of building her own Energy Healing practice, Anasa360

Running a business without marketing, is like winking in the dark, you know what you are doing but nobody else does.
It makes sense that in any business /practice that there is a marketing plan. Whether your marketing is managed by yourself or you outsource it, will be dependent on your budget, skills and time availability.
What is not under debate is the power of social media for purposes of marketing your business. As you can see a huge percentage of the world’s population is making use of the internet and therefor the digital space, more especially social media, provides us as business owners, with tremendous opportunity to reach and engage with our ideal audiences.
Most of us belong to at least one social media group, where we associate and connect with like-minded people. We consume information on subjects that matter to us on different social media platforms. Many of actively search for content that appeals to us on different social media platforms. The question we have to ask as business owners, is will our ideal clients find us if they were searching for what we have to offer?
More and more people are turning to social media platforms to find content to educate themselves on the things that matter in their lives. Social media offers us a platform to establish ourselves as authorities in our fields and connect with those who can benefit from what we have to offer. It is therefore important that we do become au fait with and understand the social media landscape and establish which of the social media platforms are best aligned with our audience.

This extraordinary meridian originates between the kidneys and is a source of fertility and creation. It is also known as the ocean or sea of blood. We need to keep our bodies moving to avoid stagnation and inertia. As we know, water is life, and we keep ourselves vibrant and alive, by letting ourselves be fluid and adaptable like the waters. Ella es una inspiración y ha ofrecido algunas palabras sobre su experiencia de su aprendizaje.
“No creía estar preparada. Quería aprender y estaba agradecida de que Suzanne ofreciera la clase. Fue fenomenalmente transformador para mí. Fue una formación intensa y sorprendente. Realmente siento que estoy preparada para enseñar cualquier cosa y ciertamente Resonance Repatterning®. El proceso que utilizó Suzanne me ayudó a profundizar en mi propio viaje de sanación y también en cómo relacionarme con la gente desde la perspectiva de la enseñanza. La vida nos habla todo el tiempo y nos da las respuestas a las preguntas que nos hacemos, guiándonos en cada paso del camino. Cuando podemos estar tranquilos, presentes en nuestro cuerpo y lo suficientemente lentos como para escuchar realmente, podemos escuchar estos tesoros. Las preguntas que la vida, como maestro, puede estar haciéndonos, son las que más importan, ¿es esto lo que realmente quieres y qué tan bueno podría ser esto? Incluso cuando estamos sosteniendo a un cliente o a los estudiantes, podemos relajarnos sabiendo que todos estamos siendo sostenidos por la fuente. Esta conciencia puede darnos la confianza que necesitamos para ser totalmente honestos sobre quiénes somos realmente. Puede ser un acto de equilibrio delicado cuando nos reunimos en grupos. A veces podemos sentir un conflicto entre encajar en el grupo y ser fieles a nosotros mismos. Lo ideal sería que todos pudiéramos practicar el amor radical y la inclusión radical, permitiendo que todo nuestro ser aparezca, la sombra y la luz, sabiendo que todos tenemos estos aspectos. Cada uno de nosotros tiene todavía algunos patrones no coherentes que transformar, por muy ordenados que parezcamos en las redes sociales. Hasta que todos vivamos en la felicidad y todos tengan sus necesidades básicas satisfechas, ¡tenemos trabajo que hacer! Todos y todo lo que encontramos es nuestro maestro, de lo que es real y verdadero en el momento, si estamos dispuestos a escuchar. Todos somos alumnos y profesores al mismo tiempo. Como menciona Andreea, la claridad de los roles y las dinámicas de poder deben ser súper claras para evitar conflictos y malentendidos innecesarios. Sobre Sophia
Licenciada en Zoología y con un Máster en Ciencias del Clima, Sophia, que creció en Grecia, conoció Resonance Repatterning® después de convertirse en madre mientras vivía en Michigan, Estados Unidos. En 2011, se trasladó a Brasil con su familia, donde decidió profundizar en su conocimiento de la salud holística y formarse en RR. Al completar su formación, utilizó el proceso principalmente en ella misma y en su familia hasta que se sintió llamada a hacer más. Se convirtió en una Practicante Certificada de Repatterning de RPA en 2018 y se unió al Comité Ejecutivo de RPA en 2019, sirviendo como Vicepresidenta durante un año antes de convertirse en Presidenta en 2020.
