Firstly, Happy New Year to all. We wish everyone of our members a truly blessed and prosperous 2023. How appropriate is it that as we change from one calendar year to the next, we see a changing of the guard, so to speak, of Resonance Repatterning International Institute. We are looking forward to working closely with all of you and to share our vision for RRII.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank Suzanne Ravenall for all she has done to get RRII to being a sustainable business again and to put in place systems and processes that have made the organization sustainable and poised to make a difference in the lives of many people going forward.

Dear Friends,

This month our newsletter is short and sweet, as you will have already recently received the big news in a separate email. In the Northern Hemisphere now is a time to rest deeply, to nurture inner seeds, to prepare for the Spring Equinox when we set our intentions for the next cycle of creation. In the Southern Hemisphere it’s the beginning of the turning within again after the more outward, sociable Summer time. Either way, it is a time to be with our collective deep feminine, regardless of our gender. Qualities of the feminine are receptivity, allowing, surrender, listening, stillness, slowing down, nurturing, nourishing, resting, creativity, earthiness, watery depths, the power to love.

Such beauty emerges when our inner feminine is in balance and in harmony with our inner masculine. We can be dynamic and powerful. Powerful in the sense of how much we can embrace, how much compassion and serenity we can bring to our everyday experiences and connections. Power with, rather than power over. The power of cooperation, of collaboration and interconnection. Resonance Repatterning® is such a gentle and sometimes subtle tool of transformation. We value it and perhaps this valuing will be reflected back to us even more this year and will gobeyond the collective. It may be that many will be seeking support with uncomfortable states of being that we can help guide and integrate to love and peace within their hearts. We at the RRII can be an example of this true power of love in the world.

We may not be able to bring about all the changes we’d like to see on the world stage right now. However, we can continue to shift our own non coherent resonance and be the change. Here is a reminder of our vision statement. It might be a good idea to check and recheck our resonance with this statement so we really can stand strong together and shine. Marketing Your Business in 2023

As we embark on a new calendar year, it is good time to reflect on what we want to achieve in our businesses. Even if you’re happy with the past success of your business and feel like you won’t be changing much in 2023, it is still a really good idea to ask yourself a number of questions about your business, such as:

• Can I add more value for those I serve?
• Is there an untapped opportunity that is begging for my attention?
• What can I automate, to save me time?
• How do I make sure I stay connected to my current clients?
• How do I attract more of my ideal clients?
• What do I want to do more of in my business this year?
• What do I want to do less of in my business this year?
• When I reflect on my business in December 2023, what do I want to have achieved?

Whatever questions you asked and no matter what the answers are, it will always be important to turn these into actionable items, if you don’t, 2023 will pretty much be the same as 2022, whether it was good, bad or indifferent.

Once you have decided on your vision for your business, it is important to communicate it, whether to staff, clients or other stakeholders. This is a marketing function. Your vision must be communicated to reach all necessary parties, timeously and in a way that it is inspiring, so that people come on board and work with you to achieve your vision.

Do you have a marketing strategy in place in your business that keeps you connected to your team, clients and other stakeholders? If not, it really is time for you to put something in place. As businessowners, it is our responsibility to communicate and connect with all people connected to our businesses. The wonderful opportunity that we have in this digital age, is that we have many different platforms and methods available to us to implement an effective marketing strategy.

In order to decide on the right strategy for your marketing, you must know exactly who you are communicating to i.e. your audience, where is best to connect with your audience and what are the tools you have at your disposal.

There are many ways to market your business, such as creating valuable content creation that educates, entertains, and engages your audience. This content can be shared in numerous ways such as, social media, email marketing, print marketing etc. Find what works for your audience and connect with them, you will build trust and loyalty, which is necessary for building a great business.

Chakra Focus – The Earth Chakra

When this chakra is in balance and spinning at its best, we feel vibrantly healthy, safe in our bodies and on the earth. We feel part of life, part of humanity, rooted and free to move, we trust all our essential needs are met, we feel alive. We feel a sense of belonging and feel confident to take our place and fill our circle with our full presence. We feel what we bring is welcomed and accepted. It supports our entire foundation. Many of us experience a blockage or weakness here. It controls our survival instincts, security, fight-or-flight, and fear. When out of balance we may feel we are not being supported, insecurity, loneliness or fear.

Ways to strengthen this chakra:

Wear red socks and/or walk barefoot. Eat root vegetables and plants that grow below ground. Gather wild herbs and make delicious teas. Keep ourselves warm and maintain healthy interdependent relationships. Move our bodies and especially in spirals. Lie on our tummies on the earth and let ourselves be held, relax tension and let old tired energy sink into the earth to be composted, breathe in fresh energy and strength. We can also nurture our earth meridians alongside our earth chakra, the stomach and spleen, so we feel rooted, unshakeable and our wellbeing is consistent.

Este mes nuestro boletín es breve y dulce; en el hemisferio norte, ahora es el momento de descansar profundamente, de nutrir las semillas interiores, de prepararnos para el equinoccio de primavera, cuando establecemos nuestras intenciones para el próximo ciclo de creación. En el hemisferio sur, es el comienzo de la vuelta al interior después de un verano más exterior y sociable. En cualquier caso, es un momento para estar con nuestro profundo femenino colectivo, independientemente de nuestro género. Las cualidades de lo femenino son la receptividad, el permiso, la entrega, la escucha, la quietud, la desaceleración, la nutrición, el descanso, la creatividad, la terrenalidad, las profundidades acuosas y el poder de amar.

La belleza surge cuando nuestro interior femenino está en equilibrio y armonía con nuestro interior masculino. Podemos ser dinámicos y poderosos. Poderosos en el sentido de cuánto podemos abarcar, cuánta compasión y serenidad podemos aportar a nuestras experiencias y conexiones cotidianas. Poder con, en lugar de poder sobre. El poder de la cooperación, la colaboración y la interconexión. Resonance Repatterning® es una herramienta de transformación tan suave y, a veces, tan sutil. La valoramos y quizás esta valoración se refleje aún más en nosotros este año y en adelante desde el colectivo. Ahora que nos embarcamos en un nuevo año lectivo, es un buen momento para reflexionar sobre lo que queremos conseguir en nuestros negocios. Incluso si estás contento con el éxito pasado de tu negocio y crees que no va a cambiar mucho en 2023, sigue siendo una buena idea plantearse una serie de preguntas sobre tu empresa, por ejemplo:

– ¿Cómo puedo añadir más valor a quienes atiendo?

– ¿Hay alguna oportunidad sin explotar que esté pidiendo mi atención?

– ¿Qué puedo automatizar para ahorrar tiempo?

– ¿Cómo puedo mantenerme en contacto con mis clientes actuales?

– ¿Qué más quiero hacer en mi negocio este año?

– ¿Qué quiero hacer menos en mi negocio este año?

– Cuando reflexione sobre mi negocio en diciembre de 2023, ¿qué quiero haber conseguido?

Sean cuales sean las preguntas que te hagas y las respuestas que obtengas, siempre será importante que las conviertas en acciones factibles; si no lo haces, 2023 será prácticamente igual que 2022, ya sea bueno, malo o indiferente.

Una vez que hayas decidido cuál es la visión de su empresa, es importante comunicarla, ya sea al personal, a los clientes o a otras partes interesadas. Se trata de una función de marketing. Su visión debe comunicarse a todas las partes necesarias, a tiempo y de forma que resulte inspiradora, para que la gente se sume a ella y trabaje con usted para alcanzarla.

Chakra Focus – El Chakra de la Tierra

Cuando este chakra está en equilibrio y gira de manera óptima, nos sentimos vibrantemente sanos, seguros en nuestro cuerpo y en la tierra. Nos sentimos parte de la vida, parte de la humanidad, enraizados y libres para movernos, confiamos en que todas nuestras necesidades esenciales están cubiertas, nos sentimos vivos. Tenemos un sentimiento de pertenencia y nos sentimos seguros de nosotros mismos para ocupar nuestro lugar y llenar el círculo con nuestra plena presencia. Sentimos que lo que traemos es bienvenido y aceptado. Apoya todos nuestros cimientos. Muchos de nosotros experimentamos aquí un bloqueo o debilidad. Este chakra controla nuestros instintos de supervivencia, seguridad, lucha o huida y miedo. Cuando está desequilibrado, podemos sentir que no recibimos apoyo, inseguridad, soledad o miedo.

Formas de fortalecer este chakra:

Pongámonos calcetines rojos y/o caminemos descalzos. Comamos tubérculos y plantas que crezcan bajo tierra. Recojamos hierbas silvestres y preparemos deliciosas infusiones. Mantengámonos calientitos y mantengamos relaciones saludables de interdependencia. Movamos el cuerpo, especialmente en espiral. Tumbémonos boca abajo en la tierra y dejémonos abrazar, relajemos la tensión y dejemos que la energía vieja y cansada se hunda en la tierra para ser compostada, respiremos energía fresca y fuerza. También podemos nutrir nuestros meridianos de tierra junto con nuestro chakra de tierra, el estómago y el bazo, para que nos sintamos enraizados, inquebrantables y nuestro bienestar sea constante.
