Greetings to you all kind readers and friends,
On this occasion I would like to talk about a subject that often overwhelms, confuses, disorients and makes us feel uncertainty and frustration, especially if we like to have everything under control. I am talking about chaos.
When we learn Resonance Repatterning®, we are taught that life is a dance between chaos and order; in fact, to achieve order requires chaos, but how is this possible? It all depends on from where we assume chaos.
If our point of view is that chaos is a devastating energy that triggers a series of “unfortunate” events – I put “unfortunate” in quotation marks because we know that any situation, no matter how terrible it may seem, has a hidden gift; all it takes is giving it time and creating some distance to gain perspective, a clear understanding and genuine appreciation. When things slip from the grasp of our control, the resulting chaos can drag us into a downward spiral of fear, sorrow, hopelessness, anger, depression, and even to the simplistic act of blaming others for the experiences we are living!
But what happens when chaos is our best ally to create a different or even better reality than the one we are living? Chaos as a point of creation refers to letting go of everything that does not serve me to live as I want to live. This is interesting, because is there anyone who wants to live in misery, in sickness, in poverty, or in ignorance? Maybe there are those who get used to misery and misfortune, but this requires much more energy than if we just let go of the control of what seems to be better for our life, and open the door to the opportunity of chaos to create something new.
You may be wondering, what do I have to let go of? How about letting go of the attitudes that destroy the relationships with ourselves, with others, with our finances or with the Divine, among others. For example, what about letting go of the attitude of rejecting or running away from our body, our emotions and our relationships, or letting go of the attitude of judging, humiliating or blaming others or ourselves, or the attitude of abandoning our needs and our dreams to please others, or betraying ourselves to please others, or being indebted to ourselves for “rescuing” who does not want to be rescued and believing that by that action we will be recognized, loved and admired.
Chaos is an excellent messenger of everything that no longer serves us in our life, of everything that is not convenient for us to keep, but on the contrary, it shouts to us that it is imperative to take a different action that makes us feel that life smiles at us and that the sun rises for us. Chaos is an unhinged ally in the path of our personal growth and let us remember that we have the Resonance Repatterning® method, which makes us go through the chaos, with kindness, serenity and confidence that everything is possible.

We are pleased to inform you that with the purpose for practitioners to strengthen the competencies they have already acquired in Resonance Repatterning® training and to keep their licence to practice valid, the Resonance Repatterning International Institute (RRII) has taken the following actions in relation to professional development hours:
To all our members we remind you that, as the letter attached to your facilitator license states, to keep your license you are required to complete a determined number of continuing professional development per year.
The RRII has its own continuing education hours, which we refer to as CEH (Continued Education Hours). The total number of CEH continuing education hours per year is 24. In case the facilitator in one year collects more than 24 hours, the remaining hours will be considered for the following year.
How can you meet these 24 hours of annual continuing professional development?
- By taking Resonance Repatterning seminars with a licensed teacher (21 hours per seminar).
- Taking the Home Study & Self-paced courses (hours are counted according to the length of each course).
- Taking the observer training offered by the Certification Committee (5 hours).
- Taking the mentor training offered by the Mentoring Committee (5 hours).
- Attending the live Masterclasses and Coaching Calls that we conduct each month (1 hour per event).
- Having attended courses, seminars or workshops organised by the RRII itself or by another institution, as long as the training contributes to improving the skills, abilities and attitudes of the Resonance Repatterning® facilitator.
It is important to mention that some events such as Certification and Mentor/Mentee Weekly Sessions, or to watch the recorded versions of the weekly events do not count as professional development hours.
These guidelines will enter into force as of 1 January 2024.

Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program supports, advises, inspires, and guides students and practitioners through their professional path, optimizing their potential for success by mastering their highest and best and their desired professional goals in Resonance Repatterning®.
By choosing to be an RRII Mentor and being part of the Mentorship Program, you are actively supporting and contributing to the growth of each individual Mentee, as well as your own, and the Resonance Repatterning® community.
When:
Mentorship training runs bi-annually in English and Spanish, in May and November. In 2023 the training will take place on May 6th and November 4th from 10AM to 1PM CST. Training is free to all members at Practitioner level or above.
How:
To join the Mentorship Committee as a Mentor and have the potential to earn 150 Barter Bucks per month, please email your CV and a short video explaining why you wish to serve our community as a Mentor and what you bring to the program to support@resonancerepatterning.com. The video and CV should be submitted no later than a week before the training.

Here’s are a number of reasons why having a USP is important in any business:
Differentiation: Other Resonance Repatterning® practitioners might offer similar services, but your USP will highlight the unique qualities, skills, or approaches you bring to the table, attracting the “right fit” clients for your business. An example could be that you offer in person consultations, where most practitioners only offer online consultation. Spiral Up! Focus
As Chloe writes in her book “SPIRAL UP!, “An energising option is a thought, word or action that inputs a specific frequency – a coherent pulsation – that brings the frequencies of our body, emotions and mind back into sync with their optimal frequency range.” When we use these options consistently we can resonate with our best in all circumstances. We can develop a muscle memory so whenever we notice we aren’t feeling so great we remember we have a choice. We can gradually learn to take full responsibility for our well being by staying in a spiral up state. These tools can be integrated into our everyday lives so we feel confident about responding well to whatever life presents us with, while building solid ground to go as deep as we need to and transform all that blocks us from shining our full light. Many of our non coherent patterns are relational so it can be wise to get help from a practitioner with our blind spots.
Spiral up tools are a simple, effective, easy and often fun way to stay in balance. They are grouped into categories: Process, Colour & Light, Sound, Movement, Breath, Energy Contact & Essential Oils. Over the next months, we will be introducing each section and exploring one option from each, as an example. You can use the book by reading through and choosing one or you could learn how to muscle check. You could decide to spend an hour exploring and notice how you feel before and after so you appreciate the shifts you experience or simply choose one. RESONANCE REPATTERNING® – El caos como punto de creasión
Resonance Repatterning® ayuda a transformar vidas en todo el planeta
Saludos a todos amables lectores y amigos,
En esta ocasión me gustaría conversar acerca de un tema que en muchas ocasiones nos abruma, confunde, desorienta y nos hace sentir incertidumbre y frustración, sobre todo si nos gusta tener todo bajo control; si estoy hablando del caos.
Cuando aprendemos Resonance Repatterning, se nos enseña que la vida es una danza entre el caos y el orden; de hecho, para lograr orden se requiere el caos, pero ¿cómo es esto posible? Todo depende desde dónde asumamos el caos.
Si nuestro punto de vista es que el caos es una energía devastadora, que desencadena una serie de eventos “desafortunados” (y lo pongo entre comillas porque sabemos que cualquier situación por terrible que parezca tiene un regalo oculto, sólo es cuestión de darle tiempo y tomar distancia para verlo con claridad y ¡apreciarlo!), que todo se sale del control que ya habíamos logrado, entonces ese caos nos puede sumir en una espiral descendente de miedo, angustia, desesperación, enojo, depresión y ansiedad y lo más infantil: ¡culpar a otros por lo que estamos viviendo!
Pero ¿qué sucede cuando el caos es nuestro mejor aliado para crear una realidad diferente o aún mejor a la que estamos viviendo? El caos como punto de creación se refiere a dejar ir todo aquello que no me sirve para vivir como quiero vivir; esto es interesante, porque ¿hay alguien que quiera vivir en la miseria, en la enfermedad, en la pobreza, en la ignorancia? Quizá haya quien se acostumbre a la desgracia y al infortunio, pero esto requiere mucha más energía que si sólo soltamos el control de aquello que parece que es mejor para nuestra vida, y abrimos la puerta a la oportunidad del caos para crear algo nuevo.
Quizá se pregunten ¿qué es lo que hay que dejar ir? Qué tal si dejamos ir las actitudes que destruyen la relación con nosotros mismos, con los demás, con nuestras finanzas o con la Divinidad, etc. Por ejemplo, dejar ir la actitud de rechazar o huir de nuestro cuerpo, nuestras emociones y nuestras relaciones, o dejar ir la actitud de juzgar, humillar o culpar a otros o a nosotros mismos, o la actitud de abandonar nuestras necesidades y nuestros sueños por complacer a otros, o traicionarnos a nosotros mismos para quedar bien con los demás, o estar en deuda con nosotros por “rescatar” quien no quiere ser rescatado y creer que por esa acción seremos reconocidos, amados y admirados.
El caos es un excelente mensajero de todo aquello que ya no nos sirve en nuestra vida, de todo lo que no nos conviene conservar, sino al contrario, nos grita que ya es imperante tomar una acción distinta que nos haga sentir que la vida nos sonríe y que el Sol sale para nosotros. El caos es un desquiciante aliado en el camino de nuestro crecimiento personal y recordemos que tenemos el método Resonance Repatterning, el cual hace que transitemos por el caos, con amabilidad, con serenidad y con confianza de que todo es posible.

¡Nuestra plataforma está repleta de eventos y herramientas que te ayudarán a elevarte y transformarte! Dependiendo de tu afiliación, tienes acceso gratuito a todos los eventos, o hay que pagar una cuota nominal para ello. Y si no eres miembro, también puedes unirte a cualquiera de nuestros eventos pagando por el acceso.
Queremos comunicarles con mucho gusto que con el propósito de que los facilitadores fortalezcan las competencias que ya adquirieron en la formación de Resonance Repatterning® y para mantener vigente su licencia de práctica, el RRII ha tomado las siguientes acciones en relación con las horas de desarrollo profesional:
A todos nuestros miembros les recordamos que, tal como comenta la carta adjunta a tu licencia de facilitador, para conservar tu licencia requieres completar un número determinado de horas de desarrollo profesional continuo al año.
El RRII tiene sus propias horas de educación continua, las cuales de ahora en adelante se llaman CEH (Continued Education Hours). El total de horas de educación continua CEH por año es de 24. En caso de que el facilitador en un año reúna más de 24 horas, las horas restantes se considerarán para el siguiente año.
¿Cómo puedes reunir estas 24 horas anuales de desarrollo profesional continuo?
- Tomando los seminarios de Resonance Repatterning con una maestra autorizada (21 horas por seminario).
- Tomando los cursos de la sección Home Study & Self-paced (las horas se cuentan de acuerdo con la duración de cada curso).
- Tomando la capacitación de observador que ofrece el Comité de Certificación (5 horas).
- Tomando la capacitación de mentor que ofrece el Comité de Mentoría (5 horas).
- Asistiendo a las Masterclasses y Coaching Calls en vivo que realizamos cada mes. (1 hora por evento).
- Cursos, seminarios o talleres organizados por el propio RRII o por otra institución, siempre y cuando la capacitación contribuya a mejorar las habilidades, destrezas y actitudes del facilitador de Resonance Repatterning®.
Es importante mencionar que algunos eventos tales como las sesiones semanales de Certificación y de Mentoría, o el observar las versiones grabadas de los eventos semanales arriba mencionados no cuentan como horas de desarrollo profesional.
Estos lineamientos entrarán en vigor a partir del 1 de enero de 2024.

El Programa de Mentores tiene el propósito de apoyar, asesorar, inspirar y guiar a los estudiantes y profesionales a lo largo de su camino profesional, optimizando su potencial de éxito al dominar sus metas profesionales más altas, mejores y deseadas en Resonance Repatterning®.
Por qué:
Al elegir ser un Mentor de RRII y ser parte del Programa de Mentores, estás apoyando y contribuyendo activamente al crecimiento de cada estudiante del programa (Mentee), así como al tuyo propio y al de la comunidad de Resonance Repatterning®.
Cuándo:
La formación de mentores se lleva a cabo dos veces al año en inglés y español, en mayo y noviembre. En 2023, la formación se llevará a cabo el 6 de mayo y el 4 de noviembre de 10AM a 1PM CST. EST. La formación es gratuita para todos los miembros al nivel de Facilitador o superior.

Para unirse al Comité de Mentores como Mentor y tener el potencial de ganar 150 Barter Bucks por mes, envía un correo electrónico a support@resonancerepatterning.com con tu CV y un video breve que explique por qué deseas servir a nuestra comunidad como mentor y qué aportas al programa. El video y el CV deben enviarse a más tardar una semana antes de la capacitación.

Razones por las que un negocio necesita una Propuesta Única de Venta (USP)
Decidir tu Propuesta Única de Venta (USP) como practicante de Resonance Repatterning® es crucial por varias razones. Tu USP define lo que te diferencia de otros practicantes y te ayuda a atraer y retener a los clientes que mejor se adaptan a lo que ofreces.
He aquí una serie de razones por las que tener una USP es importante en cualquier negocio:
Diferenciación: Otros practicantes de Resonance Repatterning® pueden ofrecer servicios similares, pero tu USP destacará las cualidades, habilidades o enfoques únicos que aportas, atrayendo a los clientes “adecuados” para tu negocio. Un ejemplo podría ser que usted ofrezca consultas en persona, mientras que la mayoría de los profesionales sólo ofrecen consultas en línea. Sus servicios atraerán entonces a alguien que prefiera una consulta en persona más tradicional.

Focus de ascendiendo en espiral
Como Chloe escribe en su libro “SPIRAL UP!”: “Una opción energizante es un pensamiento, palabra o acción que introduce una frecuencia específica -una pulsación coherente- que hace que las frecuencias de nuestro cuerpo, emociones y mente vuelvan a sincronizarse con su intervalo de frecuencia óptimo”. Cuando utilizamos estas opciones sistemáticamente, podemos resonar con lo mejor de nosotros mismos en cualquier circunstancia. Podemos desarrollar una memoria muscular para que cada vez que no nos sintamos bien recordemos que podemos elegir. Podemos aprender gradualmente a asumir toda la responsabilidad de nuestro bienestar permaneciendo en un estado de espiral ascendente. Estas herramientas pueden integrarse en nuestra vida cotidiana para que nos sintamos seguros de responder bien a cualquier cosa que nos presente la vida, a la vez que construimos una base sólida para profundizar tanto como necesitemos y transformar todo lo que nos impide brillar con toda nuestra luz. Muchos de nuestros patrones no coherentes son relacionales, por lo que puede ser aconsejable que un practicante nos ayude con nuestros puntos ciegos.

Se agrupan en categorías: Proceso, Color y Luz, Sonido, Movimiento, Respiración, Contacto Energético y Aceites Esenciales. Puedes utilizar el libro leyendo y eligiendo una o puedes aprender a hacer un chequeo muscular.
