EVERYTHING BEGINS WITH A DECISION.
Every meaningful journey begins with a single decision. Sometimes it is quiet, almost unnoticed, yet it becomes the turning point that changes everything. This month, we invite you to explore how one courageous first step can open the door to new possibilities and a deeper understanding of your own path.
Everything Begins With a Decision
Everything Begins With a Decision
Acknowledging our own worth is the first step toward change. It opens us to new possibilities and to a different way of seeing what we are living through.
Dear readers,
A few days ago, I was reflecting on what led our Resonance Repatterning practitioners and teachers to discover this wonderful system.
I realized that there are decisions that seem very small and almost insignificant when we make them, but after some time passes, we become aware that they considerably changed the course of our lives.
Every day, somewhere in the world, someone faces a great challenge that seems to bring them to the end of the road. It is when we reach that point of despair that an act of self-love and respect arises, which reminds us of our own worth. Just then a new possibility opens in front of our eyes. We choose to move forward.
Maybe this happens after endlessly trying to solve an adverse situation over and over for months or even years. Maybe it happens when our pain outweighs our fear of the unknown. Or perhaps when, unexpectedly, a glimmer of hope shows us that things could be different.
It may be that we found our way to Resonance Repatterning® simply out of curiosity. However, we seldom arrive at an RR® session because everything is fine. We rarely ask for help when we think everything is going well. We generally go to a sessión because something within us longs to understand, to transform, to heal, or to find a new way of looking at what we are living through at that moment.
Each story is unique, but to find the courage to take that first step toward the solution is our common factor. We honor our own willingness to share and to allow ourselves to be supported and accompanied as we move toward change.
At Resonance Repatterning® we have the privilege of accompanying others in that moment. Every practitioner creates a space of compassionate presence where we as clients discover new possibilities from our inner wisdom. The first decision is, invariably, taking that first step to open to change.
Looking back at my own past, I think that one of the most important decisions of my life was to go to my appointment with a Resonance Repatterning® practitioner. At that moment, I could never have imagined that taking this step would take me, years later, to dedicate my life to accompanying others through their own transformation.
Today I understand that making this first decision not only changed my life. It also opened up the new possibility of accompanying others through their transformations while becoming a part of a community that continues to create coherence in the world and bring new possibilities wherever they are needed.
We may never know how far a decision born from hope and faith reaches. What we do know is that change begins with the decision to take a first step.
So, if today you are facing a challenging situation, trust yourself and open to that new possibility of change. Perhaps in time you will discover that just then was the moment your new story began.
Thank you for walking this path with us. Until next time!

What conscious clients seek, perceive, and resonate with in energetic practices.
The conscious client does not come from a place of urgency, but from an inner search. They are not driven solely by a specific need, but by a call to understand and align themselves to transform. Within the realm of energetic practices, this mindset profoundly shapes how therapeutic relationships are built.
Beyond information or technique, the conscious client perceives coherence. They notice the congruence between what is said and what is lived, between promise and presence. They are not looking for quick fixes, but for authentic accompaniment. They do not expect perfection, but they do value honesty, clarity, and respect for their own process.
This type of client connects through resonance. They sense the energy of the space, the message, and the practitioner even before they make a decision. The way a practice is communicated — tone, rhythm, and intention — carries as much weight as the content itself. At this level, the relationship begins before the first session.
Understanding the mindset of the conscious client means recognizing that they:
• Value listening over explanation.
• Prioritize the quality of the relationship over the number of sessions.
• Commit more deeply when they feel respected and genuinely supported.
The conscious client does not outsource their well-being. They actively participate in it. They take responsibility, ask questions, and honor their own timing. As a result, the therapeutic relationship moves beyond a one-sided service and becomes a shared path.
August invites us to see the client not as if they needed to be “convinced,” but as someone to be truly met. This month also invites us to stop communicating from expectations and to begin communicating from presence. Because when communication is aligned, the relationship happens naturally, without pressure or exhaustion.
Supporting a conscious client is also an invitation to sustain our own coherence. To reflect on how we show up, how we listen, and how we honour another person’s process. In this respectful encounter, the relationship strengthens, and energetic work finds fertile ground to unfold.

Wu Xing:
From the Map of Time to the Map of the Body.
As we reach the end of our journey through the Wu Xing, we can now step back and appreciate the broader landscape we have been exploring. What began with the Five Elements has gradually revealed itself as part of a much larger vision of life, time, and the natural rhythms that shape both the universe and ourselves.
Throughout this series, we discovered how Qi, expressed through the complementary forces of Yin and Yang, unfolds into the five movements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Rather than existing as isolated elements, these movements continuously nurture, regulate, and transform one another, creating the dynamic balance we observe throughout Nature.
The Wu Xing also provides the foundation for the Ten Heavenly Stems, where each element expresses its Yin and Yang qualities, and for the Twelve Terrestrial Branches, which describe the cyclical rhythms of time. Together, these two systems interlock through the ancient Gan-Zhi cycle, generating the sixty unique combinations that form the basis of the Four Pillars of BaZi.
Each BaZi chart is composed of four Gan-Zhi pairs representing the Year, Month, Day, and Hour of birth. These eight characters do not define who we are through rigid categories. Instead, they reveal a unique energetic configuration — a particular rhythm through which the Five Movements interact, support, regulate, and transform one another throughout life.
Perhaps the greatest lesson this journey has offered is that nothing in Nature remains fixed. Balance is not achieved by having equal amounts of everything, but by allowing each quality to fulfill its role within an ever-changing whole. Coherence emerges through relationship, movement, and continuous transformation.
And this is where our journey takes its next step.
Until now, we have explored the Five Movements as a map of time and energetic patterns. Beginning next month, we will discover how this very same language flows through the human body. The philosophy that helped us understand the rhythms of the cosmos also became the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where the Five Movements continue their dance through the organs, meridians, and the living intelligence of the body.
Our voyage now continues—from the map of time to the map of the body.
See you next month!
