Dear Friends:

We the Board of Directors of the Resonance Repatterning® International Institute, feel very happy for the acceptance we have had with the content of our Newsletter. We want to deeply thank you for your kind reading. We appreciate the comments that encourage us to move forward, and we have the firm intention of attending your suggestions and proposals to improve our work of spreading the method that unites us: Resonance Repatterning® created by Chloe F. Wordsworth.

Talking about gratitude, appreciation, acceptance and the intention that Chloe presents us as coherent energy in several of her repatterning protocols, we would like, in this and in future editions, to discuss and reflect on these fundamental elements that, from the rites of passage and mysticism of ancient cultures, as from traditional knowledge of native peoples, to the schools of metaphysical teaching and to the most brilliant theories of quantum physics, are proposed as keys to manifest the reality that we want to inhabit on this planet, in this incarnation.

Let us begin with gratitude. Alvaro Tala, psychiatrist of the University of Santiago de Chile mentions that: “the concept of gratitude is one of those that has been most robustly associated with well-being” (Tala, 2019, p. 755) physical, mental and emotional. Gratitude has positive repercussions on the spiritual plane of individuals, since those who practice gratitude produce neurotransmitters, neuropeptides and hormones, mainly oxytocin, which create neural pathways that influence the thoughts, words, feelings and attitudes we have towards life.

On the one hand, something interesting about gratitude is that it is not a trait we are born with, but a virtue we learn and a choice we make every day. In general, physicians, psychologists and psychiatrists who develop their work under the paradigms of the Newtonian scientific model, consider gratitude as a “coping response” to the challenging circumstances of life; that is, a mode of adaptation that, in the best-case scenario, leads to the expectation of the fulfillment of the law of entropy (Wordsworth, 2016, p.137).

On the other hand, mystics, neuroscientists, scientists and therapists who base their studies and work on the model of quantum physics, as is the case in Resonance Repatterning®, consider that gratitude is the optimal and fundamental state to which we require to return voluntarily over and over again, until it becomes the consciousness of being and of being present to generate our own circumstances and thus achieve our intentions.

Joe Dispenza says that: “we can, in fact, regulate our internal states regardless of what the circumstances of the external environment are” (Dispenza, 2018, p. 231) and thus create coherence in our brain waves and heart rate, which causes the feeling of completeness and connection with what we want to achieve.

Resonance Repatterning® is the system that was created to generate coherence! Therefore, it is the method by which, with constant practice, we reach states of well-being even in challenging situations, opening the way to achieve our intentions.

For the International Resonance Repatterning® Institute, it is a joy to know that there are thousands of practitioners around the world practicing and offering Resonance Repatterning® to create coherence in our lives, in the lives of our clients and in the people around us. What would it take for those thousands of facilitators to join the Institute and together achieve the critical mass necessary for gratitude to be the conscience that makes everything possible and that therefore each one of us manifests our highest intentions?

The invitation is that we enter and remain in a state of coherence, practicing gratitude and inviting more and more to experience coherence in their lives. To all our members we remind you that, as the letter attached to your facilitator license states, to keep your license you are required to complete 32 hours of continuing professional development per year.

How can you meet these 32 hours of annual continuing professional development?
By taking Resonance Repatterning seminars with a licensed teacher (21 hours per seminar).
Taking the Home Study & Self-paced courses (hours are counted according to the length of each course).
Taking the observer training offered by the Certification Committee (3 hours).
Taking the mentor training offered by the Mentoring Committee (3 hours).
And attending the live Masterclasses and Coaching Calls that we conduct each month (1 hour per event). It is important to mention that some events such as Certification and Mentor/Mentee Weekly Sessions, or to watch the recorded versions of the weekly events do not count as professional development hours.

Websites versus Landing Pages

Most people would know what a website is but have you ever wondered how a website differs from a landing page?
Websites and landing pages are both different types of online marketing tools, that serve different purposes.

A website is a collection of related web pages that are accessible through a common URL or domain name. Websites are typically used to provide detailed information about a company, its products or services, its mission, and its values. Websites can be quite large, containing multiple pages of information, images, and other media. A website is the online version of a brochure depicting your business, and if done properly, evokes confidence in prospective clients.

A landing page, on the other hand, is a standalone web page that is specifically designed to convert visitors into leads or customers. Landing pages are typically used in online advertising campaigns, email marketing, and other forms of online lead generation. Unlike websites, landing pages are highly focused on a single objective or call to action, such as signing up for a newsletter, downloading an ebook, or purchasing a product.

The key difference between websites and landing pages is their purpose. Websites are designed to provide information and build a brand, while landing pages are designed to convert visitors into leads or customers. While a website may contain multiple landing pages, each with its own specific goal, a landing page is typically focused on a single objective.

Many business will make use of both a website and landing pages. Websites are used to showcase their business and landing pages for more specific objectives. The reason landing pages are more successful for converting page visitors to leads is because there is far less content that can distract the user from the reason why they originally landed on the landing page. A landing page will typically have clear call to action buttons, as well as contact forms, which is great to build a database for a business.

Whether you are using a website or landing pages, or both, the next important discussion around them, is how to drive traffic to these online assets. We will delve into this in next month’s Marketing Inspiration.

Chakra Focus – The Fire Chakra

Rising up from the water and earth chakras, we come to the solar plexus or fire chakra. There is no hierarchy with our chakras. The lower ones are equally as essential as the higher, more ethereal ones.

They all need to stay in balance for us to be at our best. When this chakra is in balance we live with warmth, joy and inner sunshine. We wake up feeling enthusiastic about the day ahead, confident we will be taking actions which are aligned with our root, heart, and crown chakras, trusting, just as the sun rises each morning, we too can keep spiraling up as our souls learn and evolve.

Ways to strengthen this chakra are being in full spectrum light, imagining a sun radiating out from our centre, doing the vitality breath, wearing yellow or gold, eating herbs such as turmeric, fruits and vegetables such as lemons, bananas, yellow cherry tomatoes and courgettes.

This is our power centre. The power to love, not power over others. When we are in balance, we make empowered decisions and act on them, with positive assertion, confidence and clarity. If this flow is disrupted, we can gently enquire within ourselves as to what is blocking us. This might be a fear of standing up for what matters to us, even if we are a lone voice or a pioneer, and a lack of courage to say a clear no or a clear yes.

As we strengthen our fire chakra, along with our earth chakra, feeling our feet, knowing we’re supported and allowing our inner waters to flow powerfully, we simply shine with humility and generosity, like the sun, radiating our love for life.

El Consejo Directivo del Resonance Repatterning International Institute nos sentimos muy contentas por la aceptación que hemos tenido con el contenido de nuestro Newsletter/ Boletín y queremos agradecer profundamente su amable lectura. Apreciamos los comentarios que nos animan a seguir adelante y tenemos la firme intención de atender sus sugerencias y propuestas para mejorar nuestra labor de difundir del método que nos une: Resonance Repatterning®, creado por Chloe F. Wordsworth.

Y a propósito de la gratitud, el aprecio, la aceptación y la intención, que Chloe nos presenta como energía coherente en varios protocolos de Resonance Repatterning®, en esta y en próximas  ediciones nos gustaría conversar y reflexionar acerca de estos elementos fundamentales que, desde el misticismo de las culturas antiguas, iniciáticas y de los pueblos originarios hasta las escuelas de enseñanza metafísica y las teorías más brillantes de la física cuántica, nos proponen como claves para manifestar la realidad que queremos habitar en este planeta, en esta encarnación.

Comencemos por la gratitud. Álvaro Tala, psiquiatra de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile menciona que: “el concepto de gratitud es de los que se ha asociado más robustamente al bienestar” (Tala, 2019, p. 755) tanto físico como mental y emocional, teniendo repercusiones positivas en el plano espiritual de los individuos; ya que quien practica la gratitud produce neurotransmisores, neuropéptidos y hormonas, principalmente la oxitocina, que crean senderos neuronales que inciden en los pensamientos, las palabras, los sentimientos y las actitudes que tenemos ante la vida.

Algo interesante de la gratitud, es que no es un rasgo con el que nacemos, sino que es una virtud que aprendemos y una elección que hacemos día a día. En general médicos, psicólogos y psiquiatras que desarrollan su labor bajo los paradigmas del modelo científico newtoniano, consideran la gratitud como una “respuesta de afrontamiento” ante las circunstancias desafiantes de la vida; es decir, un modo de adaptación que, en el mejor de los casos lleva a la espera del cumplimiento de la ley de la entropía (Wordsworth, 2016, p.137).

Por otro lado, los místicos, neurocientíficos, científicos y terapeutas que basan sus estudios y labor en el modelo de la física cuántica, como es el caso de Resonance Repatterning®, consideran que la gratitud es el estado óptimo e indispensable al cual requerimos regresar voluntariamente una y otra vez, hasta convertirlo en la conciencia de ser y estar presentes para generar nuestras propias circunstancias y así lograr nuestras intenciones.

Joe Dispenza dice que: “podemos, de hecho, regular nuestros estados internos con independencia de cuáles sean las circunstancias del ambiente exterior” (Dispensa, 2018, p. 231) y de esta manera crear coherencia en nuestras ondas cerebrales y en nuestra frecuencia cardiaca, lo que provoca la sensación de plenitud y conexión con aquello que queremos lograr.

¡Resonance Repatterning es el sistema que fue creado para generar coherencia!; por lo tanto es el método por el cual, con la práctica constante, conseguimos estados de bienestar aún en situaciones desafiantes, abriéndonos camino para lograr nuestras intenciones.

Para el Instituto Internacional Resonance Repatterning, es un gozo saber que habemos miles de facilitadores alrededor del mundo practicando y ofreciendo Resonance Repatterning para crear coherencia en nuestras vidas, en las vidas de nuestros consultantes y la gente que nos rodea ¿Qué tomaría para que esos miles de facilitadores se integren al Instituto y juntos logremos la masa crítica necesaria para que la gratitud sea la conciencia que hace que todo sea posible y por lo tanto cada uno manifestemos nuestras más elevadas intenciones?

La invitación es que entremos y nos mantengamos en un estado de coherencia, practicando la gratitud e invitando a más y más a experimentar la coherencia en sus vidas. La mayoría de la gente sabe lo que es un sitio web, pero ¿se ha preguntado alguna vez en qué se diferencia un sitio web de una página de destino?
Los sitios web y las páginas de aterrizaje son dos tipos diferentes de herramientas de marketing en línea, que sirven a diferentes propósitos.

Chakra Focus – EL CHAKRA DE FUEGO

Elevándose sobre los chakras de agua y tierra, nos encontramos con el chakra del plexo solar o del fuego. No existe jerarquía en nuestros chakras. Los chakras inferiores son igualmente esenciales que los chakras superiores más etéreos. Todos los chakras requieren permanecer en balance para que nosotros nos encontremos, a su vez, en nuestra mejor y óptima versión. Cuando este chakra se encuentra en balance, vivimos con calidez, gozo y brillo interior. Nos despertamos en la mañana sintiendo entusiasmo por el día que vendrá, tenemos certeza y nos sentimos seguros de nosotros mismos y de que tomaremos acciones que se encontrarán alineadas con nuestros chakras raíz – tierra, del corazón – aire y nuestro chakra de la coronilla – sagrado confiando, justo como el sol sale cada día, de que podemos permanecer ascendiendo en espiral conforme nuestras almas aprenden y evolucionan.

Diferentes maneras de fortalecer este chakra de fuego se encuentran en el espectro completo de luz. Mientras imaginamos un sol irradiando su luz desde nuestro centro, hagamos la respiración de la vitalidad, usemos colores amarillos o dorados, comamos especias tales como la cúrcuma, frutos y vegetales tales como limón, plátano, jitomates cherry amarillos y calabacitas.

Este chakra es nuestro centro de poder. Del poder de amar, no del poder sobre los otros. Cuando este chakra está en equilibrio, tomamos decisiones empoderadas y actuamos de acorde con ellas, con asertividad, claridad y seguridad y confianza en nosotros mismos.
Cuando este flujo se altera o desequilibra, podemos gentilmente preguntarnos a nosotros mismos qué es lo que está bloqueándonos. Esto pudiera ser miedo a defender nuestros principios, lo que nos importa, más aún si somos una voz pionera o que se distingue entre las demás, o una falta de valentía para expresar lo que queremos claramente; para decir sí o no de manera clara y precisa.

Conforme fortalecemos nuestro chakra de fuego, junto con nuestro chakra de tierra, sintiendo nuestras plantas de los pies, sabiendo que se encuentran apoyados sobre esta tierra y dejando que nuestras aguas internas fluyan poderosamente, permitámonos también brillar con humildad y generosidad como el sol, irradiando nuestro amor por la vida.
