Polarity Therapy was developed by the genius Dr. Randolph Stone in the 1930s and ’40s. His books require reading and re-reading over a lifetime to fully understand, but Dr. Stone would always say, “understand the principles and you can do Polarity now.” And the major principle is that all sickness, pain and every problem is caused by blocked energy flow. In this video Chloe (who studied with Dr. Stone in 1972 before he retired to India) gives the principles of Polarity and how you can do Polarity contacts to get your energy flowing and balanced. Ideally, we should be using these contact daily to maintain our energy flow and sense of mental, emotional and physical well-being.
