E. Breath Options
If we don’t breathe, we don’t live.

  • We can use any one of the following twenty-seven breathing patterns when faced with a problem, a disharmonious situation, an exam, a presentation, a public performance, a sickness or pain.
  • Our breath carries oxygen and chi life energy to every cell, and particularly to our brain (uses more oxygen than any other organ in the body).
  • Some people believe that these different ways of breathing can help us cure any disease.
  • If we integrate some of these Breathing Options into our daily life when we become aware we are off-track, we may experience for ourselves how breathing quickly creates a stable and calm state of mind and re-vitalizes our body for more health.
