Chakra Patterns training takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays, 11am to 1:30pm EST, from March 5th to 31st, with a break on May 27th – Memorial Day (if you wish to take the entire series, it runs through to June 26th). Please note that the last class on March 31st is one hour longer from 11am to 2:30pm.
