FEBRUARY: WHAT IS BREWING IN SILENCE
February teaches intelligent rest.
Winter does not sleep; it listens. Beneath quiet soil, energy gathers, concentrates, reorganizes, holding promise in darkness, timing growth with wisdom. Stillness restores nutrients, mends invisible roots, and prepares conditions for the next cycle, where life will rise renewed, deliberate, and strong at the silent surface.
February: What is brewing in silence
Dear readers, our 2026 is already advancing and beginning to pick up pace. Projects, plans, and actions are already beginning to unfold everywhere, and at the same time, the earth remains in a space of calm. In this attempt to align the external rhythm with internal processes, I would like to share with you the following reflection: this morning, while sharing a virtual space with colleagues, friends, and companions on the path, a conversation arose around a concept that stems from an ancient tradition linked to our ancestors. We talked about how, for them, February was associated with the idea of things shrinking, as a natural consequence of the intense cold that characterizes this time of year in certain regions of the northern hemisphere.
Thinking about this led me to a broader reflection. Beyond geography, winter has been understood ancestrally as a time of intelligent rest, not as an absence of life, but as a period in which energy is gathered, concentrated, and reorganized. The earth seems still on the surface, but in fact, it is regenerating, restoring nutrients, and preparing the conditions for a new cycle.
The seed that remains underground is not at a standstill. Actually, it is going through its internal process and is waiting for the right moment to blossom, even when everything appears motionless from the outside.
From the Resonance Repatterning point of view, we understand that deep transformation processes are not always visible. There are times when our system needs to slow down, reduce stimuli, and turn inward to recalibrate and carry out that profound transformation in that space of calm. Forcing external movement in these phases often leads to exhaustion. Respecting them, on the other hand, allows for a more stable, coherent, and sustainably deep transformation.
From this perspective, February offers us this space of calm to observe our own internal processes of change. Let us ask ourselves if what appears to be a pause, slowness, or silence is not, instead, a necessary stage of integration of our own internal processes of transformation. Not all growth is immediately expressed outwardly. Sometimes, the most important things happen at more subtle levels and prepare the ground for the next step: emerging with the spring sun toward a new beginning.
In our work with Resonance Repatterning, we honor these natural times that the system itself points us out, and we accompany our clients in listening to and observing their own felt sense. It is not about accelerating change but rather creating internal coherence so that change can occur more easily and with less resistance.
Now, at the International Resonance Repatterning Institute, we are also in this moment of active transformation, so that everything comes to light in its own time, always for the benefit of our community and in coherence with the method and legacy entrusted to us by our beloved Chloe F. Wordsworth.
So, I invite you, dear reader, to reflect together. Perhaps this month is not asking us to move faster, but to listen and observe, so we discover what is ready to emerge when the conditions are right.
Thank you for taking the time to read these lines. If anything you read resonated with you, please send us a message and let us know your opinion, as it is extremely important to us. We will see you in our next edition.

Heart-Centered Marketing: The Resonance of Genuine Connections.
Building relationships that transcend strategy and are sustained through emotional authenticity.
In a world overloaded with messages, formulas, and visibility tactics, the true value of conscious marketing lies not in technique, but in the quality of the connection being created. From the perspective of Resonance Repatterning®, communication is not about persuasion — it is about resonance.
Heart-Centered Marketing is grounded in a simple yet profound principle: people do not connect with strategies; they connect with presence, coherence, and emotional truth. When a message is born from authenticity, it naturally reaches those who are aligned with its frequency.
Every interaction communicates beyond words. The energy behind a message — intention, inner state, and the congruence between what is said and what is lived — is what truly reaches another person. In Resonance Repatterning®, we understand that resonance is not something to be built, but something to be allowed.
When communication comes from the heart:
• It seeks to share, not to convince.
• It values sustainable relationships over immediate results.
• It does not adapt to please, but expresses from inner alignment.
This form of communication builds trust because it does not attempt to control the response of others; it honors their autonomy.
Heart-Centered Marketing invites honest self-inquiry:
• From where am I communicating?
• From urgency, fear, or comparison?
• Or from clarity, presence, and respect for my own process?
Emotional authenticity is not about overexposure; it is about integrity in expression. When communication reflects lived experience rather than learned concepts alone, the message becomes human, relatable, and deeply trustworthy.
Genuine relationships are not designed as campaigns. They are cultivated over time through coherence between intention, words, and actions. From this perspective, marketing shifts from constant effort to a natural flow of connection.
Heart-Centered Marketing does not aim to reach everyone, but to truly reach someone. And when that happens, the connection endures because it is rooted in resonance, not expectation.
In a fast-paced world, choosing to communicate from the heart is a conscious act — a reminder that authentic connection remains the most powerful language of all.

FOCUS
Focus on the balance of the 5 elements for a better life.
Flowing with the energy of the five elements of acupuncture.
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the February 2026 edition of the International Institute of Resonance Repatterning newsletter.
As we explore deeper into the knowledge of the five elements and the yin/yang duality, we observe that these five elements also have their own yin and yang duality.
In this deeper glance at the study of Chinese metaphysics, Qi, the primary essence of all living beings and the universe itself, generates the life force and energy that flows in humans, in all living beings, and in the cosmos as it vibrates.
As Qi vibrates and interacts with the five elements of nature, it confers them their yin/yang duality. This duality of the five elements takes on significant importance as it gives rise to the concept of the Ten Gods or Ten Heavenly Stems. These 10 Heavenly stems pair with the 12 Earthly Branches – derived form Jupiter’s 12-year orbital cycle that gives birth to the Chinese zodiac signs, the seasons of the year, the hours of the day divided into 12 pairs of hours, where each pair corresponds to 1 hour of the day and 1 hour of the night- to conform the 22 characters that are the key reference for the study of Bazi. Bazi is the fundamental concept for the study of Imperial Feng Shui.
The art of Bazi and the study of Feng Shui are disciplines that, although related to the five elements, have a different orientation to the concept of WuXing, the Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is the art on which Chloe based her study of the five elements and the meridians.
However, to learn the yin and yang forms of the five elements can support Resonance Repatterning because it grounds the yin and yang qualities of the five elements in our physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, and business qualities.
In the context of Bazi, the following table lists the yin and yang forms of the five elements:
|

In our next March edition, we will begin learning about the yin and yang qualities of the five elements.
May this period of peace and calm bear the best fruits as it opens up to the sun of the spring equinox!
