Sophia became a Resonance Repatterning® Teacher in 2023.

Sophia is a cognitive somatic energy practitioner, certified in Resonance RepatterningⓇ and Scalar Heart Connection, as well as a Certified Instructor in both these methods. She has worked in the field of energy healing for more than a decade, supporting her clients in achieving their goals and living their life in alignment with their authentic self. She enjoys teaching and has a talent for breaking down concepts and ideas into digestible, clear and easily assimilated chunks, bringing clarity, understanding, and support for her students’ learning. Sophia has a background in biology and is a trained Montessori teacher, has lived in four countries, speaks three languages fluently and enjoys Greek dancing and playing badminton. She is a mother of two teens and currently lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
