RENEWING OUR INNER LIGHT IN TIMES OF DARKNESS

Dear readers, it is a real pleasure for me to write this article for the second time and share with you some reflections that I consider relevant at this moment in the year.

November is a month of transition between the end of autumn and the threshold of winter. For many traditions, it is a time for introspection, for the silence that precedes the rebirth that usually comes after the December solstice. For those of us in the northern hemisphere, we observe how the days are getting shorter and the nights are beginning to get a little longer. Symbolically, it is a time of darkness, not in a negative sense, but from a perspective of what it means internally to look at what needs to be integrated or what we cannot or do not want to see.

Let us look inward and recognize that shadow, that part of ourselves that is not usually visible, and at the same time, allow our own light to shine, that light that comes from discernment and inner calm.

This descent of natural light also calls us to pause, to slow down our pace, so we integrate everything we have learned throughout the year.

In Resonance Repatterning®, we observe this analogy of light and darkness every time we reveal unconscious patterns, which revealing acts as “flashlights” to illuminate what had been in the shadows.

At this point in the annual cycle, when temperatures begin to drop, I invite you to maintain your self-care on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. I invite you to maintain our coherent frequency even in the midst of the fatigue or confusion that sometimes emerges toward the end of the year.

Let’s pause for a moment to reflect:

What do I need to let go of to be reborn with greater strength?

In what area of my life do I need to turn on my inner light and take action?

With much love, I hope this month serves as a reminder that every shadow has a purpose and that every light needs silence to grow stronger.

Until we meet again in the next edition!

Beyond the Client: Creating Community with Resonance Repatterning®

In a world where haste dominates and relationships are reduced to quick dealings, the art of building genuine loyalty has become increasingly rare. Within Resonance Repatterning®, this concept takes on a deeper meaning: it is not simply about having satisfied clients, but about nurturing a vibrational community that grows, supports, and transforms together.

When someone seeks an RR session, they often come looking for clarity, relief, or a specific change. Yet what they truly discover is a safe, welcoming space—one where their light, their story, and their journey are valued. This genuine experience becomes a bridge: a bridge between what the person believes is possible and what they feel capable of transforming. And it is on that bridge that loyalty begins.

Loyalty within the RR perspective isn’t built through discounts, reminders, or mechanisms to “keep” clients. It is built through resonance. People return not because they have to, but because they feel shifts in their energy… because their life opens… because their vibration finds a refuge. This is the essence of conscious community: individuals connected by a shared intention for higher well being.

Creating community means cultivating presence. It means remembering names, stories, and processes—but above all, recognizing the essence behind each person. It means speaking a language that inspires, supports, and uplifts without pushing. In RR, every interaction—from a social media post to a session or seminar—aims to nurture that sense of belonging. Community cannot be forced; it unfolds, it is invited, and it is honored.

When someone feels seen and heard, they stay. When someone feels accompanied, they return. And when someone feels that their growth matters, they naturally become an ambassador of the experience. The RRII community has grown through this organic weaving of stories, transformations, and hearts that resonate more brightly in connection.

Ultimately, fostering loyalty through Resonance Repatterning® means creating a space where every individual feels part of something greater than themselves: a movement of consciousness, harmony, and transformation. And in this movement, each member not only receives… they also contribute, support, inspire, and expand.

Because beyond the client, what we truly build is community. And within that community, we all resonate toward the life we are creating.

FOCUS

Focus on the 5 elements balance for a better life.

Flowing with the energy of the five elements of acupuncture.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the November edition of the International Institute of Resonance Repatterning newsletter.

After exploring how the energy of the Five Elements flows through nature, manifesting itself in the seasons and their qualities—wood: spring and growth; fire: summer and expansion; earth: late summer and balance, security; metal: fall and contraction; and water: winter and rest—we are ready to explore different correspondences of the five elements in different aspects of life in general:

This table of correspondences is taken from Chloe F. Wordsworth’s book, TRANSFORMING FIVE ELEMENT AND MERIDIAN PATTERNS WITH RESONANCE REPATTERNING (2012) in Spanish, in conjunction with the article “Wuxing – The Five Elements or Phases of Classical Oriental Medicine” by David Quiroga.

Let us remember that the five elements are a map of frequencies that manifest in resonance with nature, connecting all dimensions and levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—of the human being. The resonances reflected in the table above are not just descriptions, but rather a representation of how nature and human beings, in this case, follow the same principles of generation, creation, and control of nature’s cycles. The elements are archetypal forces that describe patterns of balance and transformation in different dimensions: the universe, life, and the body.

Each element speaks to us through specific signs of excess or efficiency; each manifestation is its language. Let’s practice the art of reading this code and its combinations to achieve balance on all levels and delve deeply into the eternal journey of self-knowledge that will lead us to understand a little more about how the five elements manifest themselves in us, in others, and in nature.

If you feel unbalanced in any area of your life, if you are seeking connection within, if you notice you feel unbalanced emotions in the different aspects of your life, a session to work your relationship with your 5 Elements could be very useful.
