A BRIGHT FUTURE THAT OPENS UP BY HONORING AND APPRECIATING OUR LEGACY
Dear readers, on this occasion, I have been entrusted with the wonderful task of expressing my ideas in this blog, a task that I deeply appreciate, treasure, and honor.
I would like to share some thoughts with you. We are coming to the end of October and entering the last two months of 2025. This time of year is particularly significant, as for many traditions it is a time to honor and remember those who are no longer with us: our ancestors. In Mexico, my homeland, it is particularly important to keep alive the memory of those who have passed away, and whose legacy remains present in our lives. By honoring their memory, we recognize that we are part of a chain of stories, learnings, and experiences that have brought us to where we are and made us who we are.
In many cultures, it is time to celebrate the last harvest and give thanks for the fruits received. Let us recognize that giving thanks for what we have received, both what we consider blessings and what has come into our lives as challenges, is a way to expand our consciousness and open our hearts. Connecting with gratitude from the heart reminds us that we are not alone, that life sustains us in every moment, and that we always have the point of choice, which allows us to create valuable things.
From the perspective of Resonance RepatterningⓇ, this time of year invites us to look with compassion, gratitude, and humbleness at our own inherited patterns, those that come from our ancestors and continue to influence our decisions, emotions, and relationships.
As we well know, these inherited patterns are passed down from generation to generation. Some of them drive us forward, some others limit us, but when we bring them to light to our conscious awareness, we can transform them, honor what we have received, and thus open ourselves up to creating a more coherent and luminous life.
Let’s take a look at the energy of appreciation. This energy is so very important that Chloe included appreciation as an energizing option in the Spiral Up! book, which connects us with coherence and allows us to raise the vibration of our body-mind-spirit system to a higher octaves of consciousness. Being grateful and appreciative reminds us that even in solitude, we are accompanied, that life supports us all the time, and that, every day, we have the opportunity to choose to let life surprise us with its magic.
Dear community, I invite you to take a moment these days to reflect: What inherited patterns do I recognize in myself that I wish to transform at the end of this year? What lessons and blessings am I grateful for today, even in the midst of challenges? How can I give and receive with greater balance in my relationships, my work, and my life?
Thank you for walking with us, thank you for being part of the Institute, and thank you for helping us keep Chloe’s legacy alive through every session, every learning, and every act of coherence.
With heartfelt gratitude, we look forward to seeing you in the next edition.

Inspiring Transformation: Conscious Marketing with Resonance Repatterning®
In a world overflowing with information, brands, and messages competing for attention, the true challenge of marketing is no longer to sell, but to connect. Within this new paradigm, Transformational Marketing emerges as a bridge between awareness, purpose, and authentic communication.
In the context of Resonance Repatterning®, this approach takes on an even deeper meaning: it is about sharing from inner coherence, inspiring through authenticity, and expanding from the vibration of the heart.
From promotion to inspiration
Traditional marketing focuses on attracting clients. Conscious marketing, on the other hand, seeks to resonate with the right people—those who align with our mission and purpose.
Every message, image, or post carries an energetic frequency that impacts those who receive it. If we communicate from pressure or scarcity, that energy is transmitted. But when we share from inspiration and the genuine desire to serve, we create authentic connections that go beyond commerce.
Transformational Marketing means moving from the impulse to “convince” toward the intention to offer real value. At RRII, this translates into communicating the essence of Resonance Repatterning® not just as a set of techniques, but as a living experience of conscious change and evolution.
Every post, email, or campaign holds a resonance. That’s why, before creating a strategy or choosing a word, it’s essential to ask ourselves:
Am I in coherence with the message I wish to share?
Am I communicating from trust, abundance, and purpose?
When we align our inner state with the intention of our message, marketing becomes a natural extension of who we are. It stops being a tool to “sell” and becomes an act of service—a way to expand awareness and generate positive impact.
In Resonance Repatterning®, we understand that every individual transformation contributes to the transformation of the whole. The same applies to marketing: every story, testimonial, or inspiring message we share creates waves of resonance in those who encounter it.
A single post, image, or campaign can become a reminder for someone seeking new meaning, a resource for someone ready to heal, or a spark of consciousness for someone just discovering the power of energetic transformation.
Marketing, then, evolves from being just a tactic and becomes a spiritual practice in action—a channel through which we raise collective frequency and share light and truth in times when both are deeply needed.
Consciousness and strategy are not opposites. Effective marketing is not only about emotion or spirituality—it is also about clarity, focus, and direction.
We can use the tools of modern marketing—segmentation, social media, storytelling, and visual design—as vehicles to convey messages with high energetic impact.
Visual coherence is a great example: the colors, shapes, and words we choose carry specific frequencies. By carefully curating each detail—from tone to design—we create an experience that truly resonates with the soul of our audience.
The balance between strategy and consciousness allows us to reach more people without losing authenticity. It is not about attracting everyone—it is about connecting with those who are ready to receive what we offer.
Every practitioner, student, and member of the RRII community is also a messenger of awareness. In every conversation, post, or recommendation, we share more than information—we share vibration.
When we communicate from inspiration, we stop talking about change and begin to embody it.
And that—more than any marketing strategy—is what truly inspires transformation.
Transformational Marketing invites us to become conscious channels of the message we carry: a reminder that every act of communication can be an act of expansion.
Conscious marketing does not aim to just sell a product—it aims to plant an intention. It does not only seek followers—it builds genuine relationships. It does not chase exposure—it cultivates connection.
Because in the end, true marketing does not begin outside—it begins within: in how we vibrate, how we communicate, and how we serve the world through who we are.
Focus on the 5 elements balance for a better life.
Flowing with the energy of the five elements of acupuncture.
Welcome to the October edition of the Resonance Repatterning International Institute Newsletter.
This month we explore how the energy of the Five Elements flows through nature — and through us — creating balance, transformation, and harmony.
According to Taoist philosophy, everything originates from the Tao — the universal flow of energy. From it arises Yin and Yang, the dual yet complementary forces symbolized by the Taijitu, the eternal dance of light and shadow, expansion and contraction.
The Taijitu – the symbol of Yin Yang duality
The cycles of nature mirror this Yin Yang balance: day and night, the changing seasons, and the rhythm of life itself. These movements form the foundation of the Taoist view of existence, unfolding from unity (the One), into duality (Yin-Yang), into the countless expressions of life (the Ten Thousand Things).
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the 5 Element Theory, known as Wuxing, states that this cosmic order manifests through the Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water —.
Each element represents a phase of energy in nature’s cycle:
- Wood – growth and springtime. Qualities associated with this element are: new beginnings, positive self-affirmation, optimism, hope, a new life.
- Fire – expansion and summer. Qualities associated with this element are: maturing into our full potential, heat, light, expansion
- Earth – balance and transition of late summer. Qualities associated with this element are: reaping the rewards of your work, your efforts, and your experience, nourishment, feeling safe and confident.
- Metal – contraction and autumn. Qualities associated with this element are: letting go of what you do not need.
- Water – rest and winter. Qualities associated with this element are: delving into the depths of your inner self, recharging your energy.
These energies interact through the 5 element cycles of nourishment (Sheng) and control (K’o), maintaining the dynamic equilibrium that supports health and vitality. When balance is lost, due to excess or insufficiency, disharmony and illness arise.
By aligning with the rhythm of these Five Elements, we harmonize our inner world with nature’s eternal flow — living with greater awareness, resilience, and well-being.
