Many Resonance Repatterning® practitioner are licensed practitioners in other professions and have integrated Resonance Repatterning® into their practice. And often it results in Resonance Repatterning® being used almost exclusively, because the results can be better and faster. Resonance Repatterning® easily integrates with other professions easily allowing the practitioner to bring in any knowledge or training they have had so help speed up the healing or transformation process.

There are also many practitioners who don’t have a healthcare or similar background, but have chosen Resonance Repatterning® as a career. These are people from a variety of backgrounds, business people, lawyers, financiers all who have decided to pursue this as a rewarding career.

So what is open to you? You can go as far as you would like.

The moment you get to the stage of qualified practitioner – you can apply to become a teacher. If you are not already certified there is a requirement for you to certify as a practitioner during the next 24 months that follow and also to complete the programme on Trauma Training through Resonance Repatterning – unless you are already suitably trauma trained.

From here you go to instructor of both Fundamentals and Primary Patterns and then on to teach each one of the programmes in the basic series when you are ready. If you believe you are ready straight away that is ok too! You would attend a teacher training programme first and then you would be assessed conducting each one of the programmes. If you need help we will allocate you a mentor to assist you through the journey.

You will be required to mentor students through an entire series with another teacher so that you get to work with real live students under the stewardship of the mentorship committee.

OBSERVER TRAINING

If becoming a teacher is something that you are considering as an achievement to reach in a mid or long term, but you would like to contribute with your knowledge in a more immediate manner to support fellow peers to achieve their practitioner License to Practice, you can train as an Observer.

The Observer supports a practitioner in process of obtaining his/her Certification by assessing the practitioner’s performance through an impartial and neutral place and at the same time giving constructive feedback which will be very valuable for the Practitioner in Process of Certification to add to his/her skills in order to improve his/her performance when giving sessions.

What do you need to do?

You need to do the Observer Training where you will learn how to assess and give constructive feedback to a Practitioner in Process of Certification so he/she can improve his skills for giving sessions. You will be responsible for approving the Student/Practitioner in Process’ observation session so he/she can fulfill the number of observations required to obtain the Certification.
