Spiritual literature of all times and parts of the world talks about the Primal Sound or Word that creates and sustains the whole of creation. It is no surprise that sound is particularly powerful in our self-healing process, whether it is the sound of the voice, song, harmonic overtones, music and especially the frequency of our words. Sounds create coherent and non-coherent patterns in our physical-emotional-mental energy field.
