Overview
If we are not experiencing an abundance of love and joy, growth and expansion, or we are frustrated by pain and anxiety or a lack of fulfilment with ourselves and our relationships, or we have any symptom of depression or disease, these signs are telling us that we have lost our optimal resonant frequency, that our frequencies are out of sync with each other. Applying the fundamentals will give you the capacity to bring your frequencies back into sync or coherence at a fundamental level. Continuing the journey with the seminars and as you apply the tools in everyday life, you will regain your optimal frequency, feel a heightened sense of happiness joy and well-being on all levels, as well as a sense of balance within yourself as you handle the outer stresses and strains of your life.

After a 20 years of running a corporate business, Suzanne found herself shifting her focus to her passion of human performance and transformation which resulted in the launch of The Ravenall Institute, focussing on transformation, replicating human potential through the Human Performance Replicator, helping to change healthcare through the National Centre of Complimentary Medicine and personal transformation through the Suzanne Ravenall brand.
She has spent much of these 20 years investigating and exploring why some people change and others don’t, the key causes and the ingredients to personal change particularly when undergoing trauma, the practices, and tools to make this change along with alternative and complimentary methods of healing. She not only uses these experiences to fuel her journey but also helps others take command of their own journey in effective powerful and positive ways to create a better expansive, happier and more abundant life.
